我在一个XPHOME的机器上装了GHOST 12，然后我把一个
VISTA的机器的启动硬盘拿过来IMAGE BACKUP，再RESTORE
到另一个大SIZE的硬盘里，居然大硬盘启动不了那个VISTA。
为啥？谢谢哈。。 |

ps, I don't think using installed ghost is a good idea, the best way to use
ghost is boot computer from cdrom/usb device, then run it.

前者是基于文件的拷贝，很多隐含的东西你看不到，也不能选
后者是基于扇区的恢复，整个disk或partition恢复到跟原来一摸一样。
采用rescue/recovery,你恢复出厂设置，即使所有垃圾不选，lenovo还是会给
你装上不想要的东西，根本不是你能决定要不要的。你不愿冒险尝试，可以
google，网上有人比较过这样做和真正clean install的差别。
另外，如果你对注册表熟悉的话，就会知道，安装一个软件然后卸载，与没安装过
这个软件是有很大差别的。你在rescue/recovery里选择保留某些内容，结果会泥
沙俱下，恢复后的硬盘和virgin状态是不一样的。
最后，如果你没用过ghost，你无法理解它的好处。 |

择恢复到的分区时所有的分区、无论ntfs还是fat全部是灰色，没法选择，怎么办？我

对比一下:
RR Ghost 整备质量（Curb Weight）是 5445 lb。mpg = 13/20
Chevy Suburban LS 1500 整备质量（Curb Weight）是 5846 lb。mpg = 15/21
看来最省油的还是美国车。。。 |

他们测的Mulsanne是16.8mpg，Ghost的数据网络版暂时没提到，只是说比Mulsanne好25%

The website always has a ton of problems during these promotions. The best
technique is to use a fast connection, multiple tabs, ignore the maintenance
