在gianteagle看到整鸡很便宜就买了一只，真肥……家里不喜欢汤，所以就乱捣鼓弄了
个烤鸡，中午两个人吃到拍肚子……
昨天晚上煮了一锅腌料，把我所有的香料都放了点进去，桂皮、八角、小茴香、姜、花
椒、干辣椒、枸杞……然后加了些生抽、老抽、盐、糖，整只鸡腌过夜，今早起来准备烤
的，临时还炒了一个五彩炒饭，最最简单的，就是放了速冻蔬菜和米饭，加一点点盐，
别的香料都没放，塞了半盘到鸡肚子里，然后用牙签把鸡肚子给封起来
烤之前在外面又刷了一次油和椒盐，不过油好像有点不必要，因为这个鸡太肥了，烤的
过程流了好多好多油，接了满满一大盘
450F烤了半个小时，然后翻了个面，375烤了将近一个小时，每20分钟就把流下来的汤
汁又刷回去一次，最后出炉前半小时刷了两次kraft的bbq sauce，感觉这个sauce
味道怪怪的，以后少用了，还不如自己刷酱油蜂蜜呢。。
ld觉得味道不错，但我好像还是不太喜欢烤的，感觉外面一层味道是有的，但靠里面没
怎么入味-.-不知道是腌制时间太短，还是说这里的鸡肉太厚不容易入味，我还是喜欢
在国内吃的那种卤制的，超级香。 |

这样的：
房子：455$/ month ,包含全部暖气，电，水 屋子是3 bedroom中的一间，很宽敞
地点：5852 Bartlett Street， Giant Eagle左拐就是
非常方便，出门50米就是61c，61d，64的车站，走2分钟到murray上就是61A,61B 去
UPitts/CMU/waterfront/downtown 都很方便
另外门口就是GiantEagle murray/forbes上全是购物区 有几家很好的中国餐馆，川霸
王, Rose Tea Cafe 还有 和园等
室友：两个都是清华过来在这边CMU读PHD，非常厚道好相处
家具：房东没有提供家具，我们来了后购置了不少，大部分都会留下来，包括床、桌子

房子在centre ave 与 north craig st交界处的melwood ave上。
地点：331 Melwood Ave 15213
房子是650$/月 + 水（25左右）+电（30左右）+网络+电视，冬天暖气用电，电费会贵
一些。
有一个房间，一个大客厅，一个厨房，一个吃饭间，一个卫生间。
客厅很大，供一个人住没有问题。这样可以住两个人，分付650.
也适合couple住。
门口就有CMU校车以及匹大校车。
门口有去市中心的71A，81B，有去strip district中国店的54C。
走路到CMU只需要20分钟，走路到匹大只要15分钟。
附近有CVS，bombay印度店，去shadyside的GiantEagle坐校车或者71A或者81B 5分钟到
。门口的54C直接到中国店买菜。

gianteagle规定一次只能加一辆车。所以你经常见到老美从后备箱提几个油桶出来。一
次能加多辆车就没这些麻烦了。
我自己去都用油桶，车子加15加仑，3个桶加15加仑。walmart买的加油专用桶，一个12
块钱。
现在油价高，还是能省不少钱的，尤其是开卡车和SUV的朋友。 |
