I have a question about my H1B application as following:
my F1 expired this Jun; I have my OPT started on 8/6/2010, and I'm working
on H1B application so what is my current immigration status (this goes to my
H1B application form)?

OPT approved 之后你也还是F1 status
H1B 批准并且生效之后你就自动从F1变为H1B了
所以不用担心身份的问题 |
