我觉得母亲在怀孕时要打是没有任何异议的, 因为可以把抗体传给小朋友. 但是其他
infant care giver要不要打, 我确实是举棋不定.

我不是学医学或免疫的, 但读了读觉得很有道理啊, 如果大人打了只能减轻症状,
而不能隔绝病毒, 确实是打了不如不打, 否则自己以为只是感冒, 还老在小朋友附
近转悠, 不是更不好吗?
CDC或是任何一个主流网站都说其他infant care giver要打, 但是我找来找去找不到
CDC相关文章或数据证明Tdap vaccine能阻止百日咳传播.
不知道有没有做生物, 免疫或学医的妈妈们来说一说意见? 内行看这些文章总比我们

care giver不是亲密频繁接触病患，携带病毒并且传给孩子的可能性非常非常的小。不
过如果是招保姆，就要最好做个健康检查。家里的老人，老公，只要没有伤口（可能直
接接触孩子的那种），多洗洗手，注意卫生，不要嘴对嘴喂宝宝吃的，基本上都安全。 |

其实这就是个prisoner dilemma，每个人可以选择作giver或者taker，如果两个都是
giver，那就是最幸福的，再辛酸也是幸福，参见<麦琪的礼物>。
问题是在不了解对方是否是giver的时候，作taker最不吃亏。所以慢慢的最终大家都选
择作taker了。

Seperation Anxiety始于小儿和Care Giver 分开。 当小儿Attached的Care Giver 离
开小儿时候，小儿用常常哭的方式来表达他们的畏惧，因为他们怕失去Care Giver。这是孩
子发育中要经历的正常阶段。
这种 Seperation Anxiety一般在10-18个月的时候到达高峰，当然孩子与孩子不一样，
有的早点，有的晚点， 有的强烈有的不强烈。表达方式也略有不同。 这种
Seperation Anxiety时好时坏一般要持续到5-6岁。
如果给予孩子Positive的鼓励和支持， 可以Positive的影响孩子的一生。
有些Tips:
比如送孩子上DayCare。 离开孩子的时候， 不要悄悄离开， 有的父母以为悄悄离开孩

my daughter 5 month went to daycare, i feel i did the right thing.
family care is half price as day care in my area, but i dont think money
should be the consideration, only a couple of hundred dollars, compare to
child development, it is nothing.
dont worry they dont sleep in daycare, my daughter barely sleep in her
daycare, since other kids may cry and she will wake up, but she sleep
through the night pretty well, from 9pm to 7am, on the weekend, to 8am! that

如果没结婚，两年以内也许能撑住。感情特别深的话。
大实话啊。事实上很多research都指出，care giver一般最后都会深度抑郁，随便搜一
搜NIH SUPPORTED这种paper很多。大多数care giver在不能自理病人死后，会感到相当
放松，抑郁症状得到缓解，并且认为她们无愧于病人。这些care giver绝大多数是女性。
一般人，没人能撑住数十年如一日照顾不能自理的人，还精神很健康，不抑郁的。那都
是神仙。 |

如果没有加什么限制的话，我觉得还是hash省事，也展现了hash的魅力嘛。
说实话，我觉得这个题出的很不好，太老了。我昨天要是遇到的不是老印，我就直接说
做过让他换题了。不过考虑到是老印，还是不想找麻烦，权衡一下，还是做了个容易想
到的hash方法。感觉该老印出的题，都很没啥意思。
老印第二个题是，一个setA，一个setB，都是distinct element, 任意的mapping一共
多少种，很明显就是2^(A.size()*B.size())。
第三个题是，一个岛上有66个人，每人有1个硬币，king也有1个硬币，现在king要制定
策略让大家交换硬币，使得最后king的硬币尽量多，并且# of gainers > # of givers
. 郁闷了我半天，明明就是不可能的事情，我还专门给他证明了，这是不可能的。结果
老印又说了，king自己不算做giver或者gainer(可能他之前也说过，但是我没听懂他的
口语，他说king doesn't vote, 我听的是king does |

在女儿21个月的时候，我父母回国中间两个礼拜的gap, 请了一位邻居中国老太太临时
看着她，平时看上去挺认真负责的，每天晚上我下班回来都告诉我女儿一天吃，睡，玩
的情况。 女儿开始几天状态不太好， 每天保姆一来就大哭， 吃很少， 也不睡午觉，
我觉得可能是care giver change的正常表现。 第二个礼拜吃饭睡觉正常了， 不过好
像没有以前开心， 变得很粘我，每次上班前她还是会哭。 好在很快我妈妈就回来接替
了。
2个月过去了， 一天我们偶尔在公园遇到那位邻居老太太和我们打招呼， 女儿突然放
声大哭， 跑到我妈妈后面抱着她大腿不停的哭，边哭边偷偷看着那位老太太， 弄得人
家很尴尬。 我们也都吓坏了。 本来想以后有事还可以找人家临托， 现在有点疑惑了

但是这样的care giver最好还是要有license，因为万一出什么事儿警察介入再把CPS招
来，假如你是无照经营，孩子一家就麻烦大了。

政策，这个不是跟加州申请的，这个PFL跟PTO不冲突，两回事，不需要要求先把PTO用
完再用PFL。至于能不能跟加州申请，我理解的是，一般默认妈妈是primary care
giver,但是如果爸爸也要跟加州申请PFL，可能妈妈就不能同时申请，而且还得证明爸

daycare有关，也和家里老人的能力情况有关。我早早送娃去虽然是迫不得已。当时想
宁可委屈点娃，也不能累坏了老人。不过后来发现早送也很好，娃没有受委屈，还很快
乐。希望能给同样早送的jm打打气。
我找daycare基本考虑这些因素：
孩子的多少／年龄：孩子少点年龄接近点不容易得病；
nap的环境：绝大多数时间娃都是在那里睡觉，我希望能有个安静的卧室；
care giver的性格，主要看这人是不是实在：实在人比较容易了解孩子的真实情况。
另外，２岁前我不希望孩子看电视。
我找到的这家，
当时只有２个女娃，一个９个月，一个５个月，我们的２个月。都是infant，最多只能
招４个。３个月以后又招了一个和牛牛一样大的男孩。
主人把每个卧室都开发了。每个孩子睡一间。因为牛牛一直是和我cosleep的，她担心
pack n play太硬了，在牛牛能翻身以前，牛牛都是睡主卧的king size大床，旁边围上
枕头。
