用炉面的热量啊。

那是因为你的炉头功率大啊。
不过Jenn-air很垃圾。我买一个slide-in，来了炉头一个就是坏的，
换了新炉子，刚出保修期两三个月炉头又坏了一个。记得花了$70买的。 |

对的，我看有的旋钮是在上面，就占了地方。这种在边上的好。
还有他们介绍那个burner，会说是什么triplering burner，power burner，
generalburner。triple的话是不是火苗三圈，这样适合底部大的锅？
还有这个surface， 有的是glass的，向你推荐的这种，是说象glasstop的那种电炉的
表面。有的是搪瓷的。。。清洁方面怎么比？
如果30的能同时放3－4个锅，就不买36的了。哈
先搜集点信息好到店里面去看。。 |

炉子的才洗干净，那个东西味道很难闻，最好少用。用了 glass top 太好了，有东西
掉上面了赶紧擦，过一阵子 拿刀子一刮 光亮如新。现在我家的就是glasstop的是
二十多年房东剩下来的炉子，和新的一样。 |
