The long delay to review the case in itself is not a problem. The real
issue is whether the evidences pointed out were significant enough to
warrant reopen the case. US legal system that a lot of people is using as
template is also very reluctant to reopen a case. Just read up on cases
done by Innocence project to get a glimpse of what can happen there. |

彭博特别报道，揭秘华为圣地亚哥被FBI扫荡的原因，和28项指控外的其他案子有关：
Khan是UIC毕业生，和斯坦福实验室、阿贡国家实验室合作，发明了了将人造钻石镀膜
的技术方法，并注册了专利。
然后他开了一个造手机玻璃屏的小公司AKHAN Semiconductor，把自己的新样品原型（
号称可以和康宁的Gorilla对抗）送到华为圣地亚哥的实验室测试。
双方的协议是，样品必须在60天内归还，而且不得进行侵入性测试、逆向工程，并符合
ITAR出口管制标准。
结果华为不但没有按时归还样品，最后还回来的时候屏幕也碎成了渣。
AKHAN Semiconductor将此事报告FBI，FBI迅速跟进，立即将损坏的样品送到FBI研究中
心进行检测，发现样品是被高能激光切割，以便获取内部镀膜参数。
此后FBI不断和AKHAN沟通，并参与监听AKHAN和华为的电话会议。
