自由泡global卡（att lte的不清楚）每逢
bill cycle的last day或1st day，都有service interruption的可能，不是说一定会
，但起码我遇上两次，没遇上的就不清楚了。所以用自由泡，要随身带两张（一张
global，一张att则更保险），彼此的Bill cycle最好相隔两天以上。这个原则大家要

Roaming。这个global roaming跟Tmobile类似，free text, 20c/minute, Unlimited
2G data速度略慢一点(64kbps vs 128 kbps)。唯一一点好的地方就是可以花钱买pass
升级到LTE。以前的Open World Roaming其实非常不错，对于那些主要在中美和南美出
差的人还是很有竞争力的。 1GB free data at 3G per month，free text and voice
call。基本上短期出差，随便用，没有任何的多余花费，而且这个3G的data速度很不错
，能到2-3mbps，比Tmobile的128kbps好用很多。 结果现在退后到64kbps。好在如果已
经有Open World的plan不会变化，但是一旦更改就加不回来了。

那是因为一旦发生了事故, 就会有不可承受的损失, 所以宁愿亏

同样道理适用于global warming. 除了那帮NC以外, 就算那些
反对global warming的科学教也只是说证据不足, 不能100%说全
球变暖存在, 可能只有50%的可能, 甚至10%的可能. 可是问题在
于, 10% 和 99% 的区别重要么? 重要的在于一旦是真的, 就会给
人类社会造成无法估量的损失. 更重要的是, 全球变暖有几十上
百年的滞后效应, 一定要确认发生了再处理, 那也已经来不及了.
所以就算只有10%的可能性, 也要花力气尽早解决这个问题, 更不
用说大多数科学家认为这个可能性远远大于10%. |
