【本报讯】巴西大型连锁超市糖棒集团(Grupo Pao de Acúcar)通过Globex与百
货零售业巴伊亚之家(Casa Bahia)达成"联合协定",成立一家新的巨型零售公司,预期每
年的营业毛收入达到185亿黑奥。
两大企业的联营业务主要集中在家庭电器和耐用商品,涉及的公司品牌包括巴伊亚
之家,冷点(Ponto Frio)和额外电器(Extra Eletro;冷点是糖棒集团最近收购的电器零
售企业,后者则是名下企业。至于糖棒集团的超级市场和极级超市业务不包括在此次联
合交易之内。
Globex和巴伊亚之家完成合并交易之后,糖棒集团掌握新公司的大部分具投票权股
份以及Globex全部股份,即50%加一股普通记名股。
巴伊亚之家则掌握47.842%普通记名股和2.218%优先记名股,这些股份可以转换成
普通或可提取股,可根据糖棒集团今年6月与Globex达成的收购公开报价(OPA)的规定进
行交换。

Globex gives us 8 minutes from the time of the execution to file on an
erroneous trade. Globex also charged $500 for each trade that they review
for a bust request. |

It use to carry large order info.(maybe 10 years ago)
But with the introduction of dark pool, island and algo trading.
It becomes almost random data now.
For example, MMID today is replaced by exchange ID and island ID,
so you can not tell who originally put the order, and most fund have
multiple island to route their order.
In additional, market testing computer continue issuing a lot of order and

drawbacks:
1. data pacing violation, limit on size of each quote, interval etc.
2. futures symbols are less standardized
3. IB data sucks, but ok for median to long term backtest
4. the ibpy is out-dated, you have to update yourself to get new
features.

有这种本金的，怎么不开futures账户直接trade futures就完了，说实话都不至于亏成
这样。Globex夜间还能止损，不像这些etf。一个有这种规模账户的人不可能不明白，
这种风险规模，交易狗屁3x etf有什么意义？还不如直接上futures。
俺怎么都觉得是拿咱们开涮的。 |

先跑了，把散户全部抛弃，散户爆仓。
从坏的角度想，对手盘vix long中CS也是大户，早就部好局，趁一次大跌，vix指数暴
涨，futures流动性最差的时候，一次性收割所又short volatility的散户(三百多亿，
谁不眼红).
一相当于matrix里的蓝色药丸，二相当于红色药丸，自己选择吃哪颗吧。 |
