美国的生意趋于稳定而和哈制药的合作提供了在国内加速发展的可能， 基
于这两点，目前EV/EBITDA的估值偏低
较高的卖空率提供了短期挤空的可能
GNC的股价从2017最高11美元下跌至目前4-5美元区间，短期债务问题是主要原因。
然而，上周五的债务延期公告加上哈制药300M的投资，我们认为GNC的短期债务问
题已基本解决。 上周五的公告主要针对GNC 1.13B 2019的现有定期债（Term
Loan），有以下几点：
87%的债权人同意延期债权
尽管没有达到哈制药原来要求的90％的标准线，哈制药同意继续300M的投资
同意延期的债权人持有大约0.87*1.13B=983M, 其中275M将转为2022到期的

光明食品集团昨日对《第一财经日报》证实，收购美国维生素零售连锁店健安喜(
General Nutrition Companies，下称“GNC”)的谈判接近达成协议。但光明食品未披
露收购金额等更多细节。
根据昨日路透等外电的报道，该收购案的收购价格在25亿～30亿美元之间。另有消
息称，黑石集团(Blackstone Group LP)可能在此收购案中与光明食品联手。
对此，光明食品方面表示，25亿～30亿美元只是外界对GNC的一个评估价格，最终
的出价将根据谈判而定。与此同时，光明食品方面否认了黑石的加入。

Google了一下中国管GNC叫健安喜。上网查时发现GNC网站上并没有中国store。
听同事说可以在GNC网站申请然后自己通过做网站的形式代售，GNC可配售发货。然后给
卖家提成。
想了解一下在中国有没有GNC的官方店铺？
另外，就protein.好象在中国看到一家很丑的店在卖蛋白粉，现在中国健身的人多，这
方面市场会很快pick up。

知道有没有效果。总之是减了10磅吧，当然有运动和控制饮食。只当它有效好了。打算

唯一能在其他时间段用金卡的办法就是第一次购买金卡的时候有20%的折扣，记住，只
有跟卡一起买的那一单产品有20%off的折扣，其他的都不行。金卡要花15刀买，有效期
一年。其实如果买的多，随单买一张金卡还是很划算的。MM不要忘记用mrrebate的cash
back，GNC有10%呢。很多时候，GNC的金卡活动是不能跟其他的code合用的，MM可以试
试。
或者MM可以在drugstore.com上买。他家是GNC的官方代售网站，同样可以适用首次金卡

在GNC网站上定了10来瓶东西，用了30% off over $150 order的discount。
下完单子pay完后收到GNC的order email confirm了，显示了打折后charge credit的钱
数。今天查信用卡账单，居然GNC full charge了，钱数跟他们给我的email 钱数不一
样，多charge了$400刀
赶紧上GNC的查我的order history, 还好，order里面每个item红红的大字标着30% off
over $150 order
于是电话跟他们argue，让人气愤的事情来了：
那个人扯东扯西的，就是不谈30%off的事情，我说你自己看我的order记录，结果就让
我hold，放了大约10多分钟音乐回来说没有查到有discount，奇迹发生了，我订单里面
所有的30% off的红体字都消失了。感情还有这种阴招，跑去改网页了。
我当时觉得这事GNC做的也太烂了。等东西来了直接退掉。下次再也不买他们的东西了

发帖数: 11 | 47 姐妹们要小心了，今天居然在买的一包GNC的vitapack里面发现了一只被跟维生素药粒
一起封在袋子里的死苍蝇！因为我周围还有不少人有GNC的gold card,也知道不少朋友
还觉得这个牌子不错一直给家里人买，虽然不太清楚有没有给小孩买的，但是觉得既然
这件事情发生了，还是有必要让大家知道，以后买东西的时候多个参考。具体经过写在
下面，有时间的姐妹也可以看看帮忙给我出出主意到底应该怎么解决这个事儿：
我是从来美国就有朋友给推荐的GNC的这个牌子，而且买了觉得效果也不错，就一直给
家里人买，都买了有7、8年了（想想觉得更恶心了），而且也还给周围的朋友推荐了。
。。说实话，我真是不愿意发生这种事情，毕竟一直买的好好的，这下还得去研究别的
牌子怎么样。
今天发现苍蝇的这包是家里人吃的，撕开了一个角，但是还能看到苍蝇的头部被压在了
包装的边缘里面一点，不是那种可以随便扔进去一直死苍蝇的那种情况；可能会有人问
没撕开包装的时候怎么没看到呢？其实是因为这个东西她们天天吃，基本就是拿出一包
来撕开就倒出来吃的那种，有时候就是一边说话一边撕，可能因为谁也没想到会有这种
