月后的全马。上周六跑5K比赛21：20，周日跑了20迈long run,9：10的pace。感觉按这
个速度再跑几迈也问题不大。如果按现在4小时5分左右的马拉松水平，四个月后的goal
pace多少比较合理啊？我初步打算8:35的pace，也就是3:45跑完，快了还是慢了？请
大家支招。 |
