**综述**
2001 以来，感恩节的冠军头一次不是上周的“老片”(2001: "Harry Potter and the
Sorcerer's Stone";2002: "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets"; 2003: "
The Cat in theHat"; "2004: "National Treasure"; 2005: "Harry Potter and the
Goblet ofFire"; 2006: "HappyFeet")。正所谓长江后浪推前浪，一代新人换旧人，可
喜可贺（呵呵，说说而已）。"Beowulf"的“失败”自然和此片面向的观众群相对较窄
的缘故。本周末前十位票房（三天估算）总额为~$142M，和去年(~$141M)基本持平，基
本说明感恩节携家带口或者呼朋唤友的票源非常稳定。

刚看了《哈利波特7上》，无聊的在PubMed里面用"Harry Potter"做关键词搜索文献，
得到32篇文献，居然还有发在Nature上的文章两篇 还有其他牛文若干篇。灰常的欢乐。

顺便看了trailer，觉得夏天能看的片子
1）星球大战，理由不用说了。
2）War of the World, 斯皮尔伯格和小汤哥，斯皮尔伯格的片子基本上我没有失望过。
Mr. and Mrs. Smith还行吧，不过觉得download看看就可以了。

与其列举的论文的结论很多都不一致。您究竟读过这些论文没有？
1. BT毒素对猪猪们及大鼠的一些生理指标的影响。（Buzoianu, S.G. et al. Animal,
2012; 6(10):1609-1619）http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23031560
这篇文章我查不到全文，只能看摘要。
沙发说“在喂养110天后，BT玉米喂养的猪们，血清中的aspartateaminotransferase (
AST，一种转氨酶) 显著降低（P<0.05)。此外，Serum Urea在30天的时候也有显著改变
（p<0.05).”
SU的确降低了，但降低的一组是吃30天非GM食物再吃80天GM食物的那组；而其余三组包
括全部110天吃GM的组都没有降低。（On day 30, SU was lower for the non-GM/GM
treatment compared withthe non-GM, GM and GM/non-GM treatments (P < 0.05).）

首先，如果我想颠倒黑白的话，就不会列出那些个文献了。每个人对信息都会有不同的
解读，这很正常。但我不会去给别人轻易扣帽子。就如同有个叫Pingpong的ID非得要咬
住BT在自然环境下降解慢，还进行人身攻击，我也只是给他找篇文献让其自己看而已。
最后，不明白你说的“与其列举的论文的结论很多都不一致”是什么意思？
：作者的结论是“The magnitudeof change observed in some serum biochemical
：parameters did not indicate organdysfunction and the changes were not
accompanied by histological lesions.Long-term feeding of GM maize to pigs
did not adversely affect growth or theselected health indicators
investigated.”

3. BT毒素对猪猪们肾功能的影响。还是Walsh M.C.的另一篇文章 （Walsh M.C.et al.
British Journal of Nutrition, 2012; 107:364-371）。吃BT玉米大猪们，其肾脏趋
向于增大（P<0.06）。十二指肠绒毛上单位面积的柱状细胞减少。
关于第二个问题，不是吃了转基因玉米柱状细胞减少，而是吃了普通玉米柱状细胞增加
。在Jejulum中，nonGM是0.018 vs GM中0.016，在lleum中视nonGM 0.017 vs GM中0.
018。在duodenum中是nonGM是0.027 vs GM中0.019。也就是说，这些不同部分中的柱状
细胞密度是基本相同的。但是在nonGM喂养的猪的十二指肠中增加了，原因不明。正如
