看美国和韩国在黄海军演，主要是要看明白这个事件的大背景，是关于东亚，尤其是
东北亚经济一体化的步伐。
其实在这个地方的经济一体化，主要是3个方面的考量：
第一个，就是日本前首相鸠山提出的东亚经济共同体问题。这个问题可以从广义上和狭
义上来看。广义上，就是出现一个相似于欧盟的亚盟的形式，通过主要是中日韩三国的
更进一步的经济、社会和政治的融合，从而使地区的繁荣和稳定得到保证。
如果这个目标得到实现，那么日本在某种程度上，可以借重于中国的政治和军事力量，
从而摆脱在政治上完全被美国操控，就是说殖民地的局面。
因此看得出来，说的是经济共同体，但不可否认，将来走进去的是政治和文化共同体。
而这个共同体，最大的一个障碍在哪里？就是日美安保条约。而对日美安保条约基础撼
动的主要杠杆，就是美国在冲绳的普天间基地的存在和搬迁问题。
从狭义上来看，东亚经济共同体是为日本的工业，尤其是制造业提供一个“准内需”的 |
