line from below and create a double top (typically slightly lower). In that

满满一大碗，却只有一点从调料来的热量，一点不用挨饿，以前怎么就不知道有这种好
东西呢。
看以前的贴子说魔芋不好吃，我的心得是，不要把它当面条做，那样不好吃。把他当做
米粉和粉条做，跟真正的米粉吃上去没啥区别。
比如东北同学可以用它做白菜猪肉炖粉条，放很多白菜和魔芋，一点点猪肉调味就可以
，一大海碗吃下去可以很饱但是几乎没热量。南方同学可以做什么螺狮粉之类的。要点
是要早早放进去煮才能进味。 |

八过我发现我不能吃的频率太高，有一次竟然吃到最后的时候忽然作呕起来。。。汗
后来就一般一周就吃一两次的样子，都是用白水煮或者chicken stock 煮，加很多西兰
花和一些烤夫，2～3个 冰冻小混沌（不超过100卡），撒点盐，然后弄点沾酱吃。
非常有饱腹感。 |

50克（15卡），调料，酱油15克（15卡），醋20克（7卡），为了好吃点加了10克花生
酱: （65卡），麻油几滴（15卡），葱几片，总共160卡。大大一碗，吃得饱饱的。味
道也不错，有点像国内的凉粉，哈哈，好东西呀。
还有，魔芋我是拆开洗后放开水里煮1分钟后在结一下凉水后弄干的。 |

果不喜欢这样的口感，要泡很久，煮的时间长一点就好。
前面有人说煮完了都缠在一起，我没遇到这个问题，可能是因为没有剪短？我都是剪成
十几厘米的小段。
另外，我发现魔芋和蔬菜汤是绝配，两个单吃都有点不太好吃不顶饿，但是可以把魔芋
煮到蔬菜汤里，又好吃又顶饿。 |

油。一锅也只有几十卡。不过最好水别放太多，容易把胃撑大，而且也饿得快，顶多每
