麦卡锡写这本书的时候72岁，气力确实有些衰了。人上了年纪的一大特点，絮叨，第二
大特点，心软，在这本书里都有体现，特别是老警长Bell。
电影后半段和小说有多处不同，有些很好，有些我持保留意见。
话痨杀手同行Wells在被Chigurh打死的时候，小说处理的更具细节，不过打死Wells以
后，Chigurh接Moss电话时候，电影里处理的是Wells的血开始在地板上流，Chigurh嫌
脏，把双脚搭到床上，联想到电影中多处细节，这个演员演得真是好，当年奥奖最佳男
配。
Chigurh去杀老板的时候，小说里没有会计在场，老板死前喃喃，小说里Chigurh还俯下
身子去听，这个细节不错，可惜电影没有，电影安排多出一个会计，有些多余。再一个
，老板两次出场，第一次是Wells去见他，第二次是Chigurh去杀他，小说里用加密电梯
成了马其诺防线防线做呼应，挺好。再就是Chigurh一通打杀，拿到钱，小说里安排他
去见更大的Boss，电影为了紧凑，没有交待，觉得这点上电影更好，就让他一瘸一拐的

了Ray Charles的同名歌曲，不过歌词的意境却大相径庭。且看查尔斯的第一段：

根据自己的时间和兴趣，要想每个景点看一遍，至少要在里面玩三天。大部分旅行社的
线路安排都是一整天，走马观花，在几个著名景点前拍照留念，到此一游。每年的黄石
公园线路总是最受欢迎的，今年8月份的线路提前一个月就定满了。西雅图出发5天大巴
团，比起飞到盐湖城、洛杉矶、拉斯维加斯来参团有利有弊。好处是省心，从家门口出

听coalpilerd贴的《You Raise Me Up》，想起以前讨论过福音歌、黑人歌。考古找到
不少歌，就单独开个帖。
我第一次听的You Raise Me Up是Westlife的版本，想当然地以为是教会福音歌。
karoun说不是，福音音乐来源于黑人音乐，而You Raise Me Up是爱尔兰民歌。歌词里
的在我受挫、低落时陪伴、支持我的你，既可以指世俗的父母、爱人，也可以指宗教的
上帝、神灵。宗教场合也会唱这首歌，算是从世俗走入教堂的例子吧。

个，怎么说呢，也不完全是通常意义上讲的“善人“，”真人“，但是真的和我上面说
的，明显的有前面几本书里主人公的共性，沉默寡言，较真，善良（不是法律意义上的
），为着作者还专门安排了15岁的小姑娘来搭他的车，小姑娘明显被他吸引，他对他老
婆很忠诚，可死后还是被误会了，这个梗设计的我不是特别喜欢，为了突出他的悲剧性
？为了强调他和他老婆之间的感情？反正有点着相的意思。
还是很喜欢这些书里的一系列主人公，很能打动我。我相信这是作者在美墨边境长期居
住实实在在接触了大量淳朴善良的红脖之后源于生活又高于生活的艺术总结，如果是这
样，那真当得上是”人民艺术家“了。

The way led along upon what had once been the embankment of a railroad. But

《星期五》这首歌自从受到关注后，恶评如潮，《时代》杂志形容这首歌“烂出全新水平”，《滚石》杂志痛批这首歌“制作水平低劣，歌词愚蠢无比”，美国 SFGate网站批评道：“这首歌是糟糕的旋律、糟糕的歌词、糟糕的调音、糟糕的演出、糟糕的视觉效果的终极结合。”然而越骂越红，演唱这首歌的15岁女孩丽贝卡?布莱克成了外媒竞相报道的对象，她的名字在谷歌的搜索量暴增，在微博上的粉丝陡增至15000名。

据台湾媒体报道，美国当地时间6日，洛杉矶县检察官以超过追诉期限和缺乏证据，拒绝对“天才老爹”比尔柯斯比涉嫌1965年和2008年性侵害两名少女的指控提出刑事诉讼。
上月30日，宾夕法尼亚检察官赶在追诉期截止前，控告现年78岁的柯斯比2004年在费城附近住所性攻击一名妇女。
在洛杉矶，一名妇女称1965年她17岁时，在好莱坞一家夜店遭到柯斯比强暴。模特珂洛葛恩斯(Chloe Goins)也指称2008年夏天她18岁时，在花花公子大厦头晕昏迷，醒来发现自己全身赤裸，而裤子褪至脚踝的柯斯比在咬她的脚趾。
两人都曾喝了柯斯比给的酒，而检方曾展开调查，可是断定前者已过了追诉期，后者则缺乏提出重罪指控的证据，也过了行为不检轻罪的追诉期。
去年1月，葛恩斯曾接受警方问话两个半小时，可是检察官表示，他们无法证实柯斯比或葛恩斯曾到花花公子大厦参加派对，原告妇女宣称可能曾目击事发经过的朋友也无法证明她的说词。
迄今已有50多名妇女出面指称遭到柯斯比迷奸或性攻击，可是大多已过了追诉期。

班高峰期。有不少人在鸣喇叭和竖中指，但和周五下午五点钟也差不多。最起码大家都
在走，虽然不像乔期望的那么快，但还行。他换到了最左边的道，这期间每次换道都确
认了琳达能跟上来，又估了一下他们的速度，大概二十分钟应该能开到他想去的那个加
油站。
一路上每个还营业的加油站都排了一溜车，连关门的那些，每个油泵旁边也都有车。乔
觉得那些司机是相信等加油站开门比排大队还快些。
他们越往前开路上车越挤，大概用了四十分钟开到加油站。它离高速入口还隔了几个街
区，乔是因为有次需要买鱼饵，被当地人指点才知道这地方。这加油站午夜到早晨6:00
关门，但油泵都开着，可以刷卡。当他们开进去的时候，每个油泵边上都已经有车了，
有些后面还排着车，但和其他地方相比这情况就是做梦也难找。因为店里的灯都是灭的
