发帖数: 181 | 10 我是9周检查的。刚打电话问了医生，检查的项目包括血型，CBC,HIV, rubella，
serology。账单上有两项没有被cover,保险公司说是chlamydia和gonorrhoea。可是从
上面的检查项目上来看，也没有查这两项啊
另外，保险上说pregnancy will be covered as other sickness。这些检查不是都应
该cover的吗？我的OB提前也没有问我关于保险或者选不选择做这些检查之类，我自己
也迷迷糊糊的，账单到手就懵了 |

midwife账单，一张是说我见的midwife是specialist,要多叫10刀copay，第二张是医院
寄过来的hospital service的账单655刀的账单。我的保险是Anthem Blue Cross Blue
Shield，请大家帮忙看看这正常不正常，那张大账单我是否可以和insurer或者医院
negotiate down?
我是去一家医院附属的outpatient 见的midwife，当时由于约不上OB只好见midwife。
和一般的第一次见OB的情况没什么不同，只是由于我今年2月份第一次怀孕+D&C时，已
经把pap smear和其他很多血检都做过了，所以当日见面只是做了尿检（看是否有感染
），抽了两桶血，查hcg, TSH, CHLAMYDIA TRACHOMITIS和NEISSERIA GONORRHOEAE。
当时抽血的时候我问护士样品发到哪里去检测，被告之是医院的outpatient lab.

是检查以下项目：
（1）blood test 检查梅毒检查。syphilis screening
（2）urine test 尿检查是否有淋病 (gonorrhoea)
（3） TB
2. 再次确认下 blood test只是查梅毒 不需要查别的了把？例如HIV等

还有，移民医生只会接受你的疫苗在外面打，其他检查必须在他那里做，你最好先问清

发帖数: 609 | 19 前２个星期在ＥＲ轮转，见了几个育龄期妇女腹痛，最后考虑是ＰＩＤ（Pelvic
inflammatory disease，应该是你说的盆腔炎）的，PID主要是由于Chlamydia和
gonorrhoeae引起，所以要用覆盖这两种细菌的药，我们这里ＥＲ是用静脉一次头孢类二代或三代的抗菌素加口服doxycycline１４天，因为anaerobes也可以引起ＰＩＤ，所以可以加上甲硝唑。 |
