noir其实是一种葡萄的名字，以这种葡萄酿造的酒都叫pinot noir，只是有不同的国
家和地区，不同的品牌。一般的lively reds最好买来后，在两年内喝掉，唯一的例外
是很好的pinot noir，可以保存30年。喝的时候，最好一点点的chilled，30分钟冰箱

要好得多。很多国家都是有法律约束垄断行为的。
这个例子也不实际。没有人能一下买断任何
商品，首先是市场本身会起作用（就是你看不起的
供求关系，8-）），就算是Bill Gates，美国
全国粮食的最后20%他就一定买不起。其次是政府
干预，对于生活必需品来说，政府一定会干预--
眼前的油价price gouging就是一个例子。
按你这种规律，美国的富人应该永远富下去，
但事实显然不是这样，不然就没有“老钱”
