-based Symantec may be its latest move to edge out foreign companies in its
marketplace.
Late last night, China’s state-run newspaper People’s Daily tweeted that
China’s government procurement agency had released a list of approved

当年J1用的是NSF的funding,
DS2019 form上写的是subject to two-year residence requirement based on:
government financing
但我不是直接从NSF拿钱，而是NSF给系里钱，系里再给我钱。
据学校HIO说这样不算government funding
但为什么DS2019表上面写government financing呢？
这样会不会waiver被拒？
