certificate first in order to get more connection at HR field. If he/she
lacks more experiences at U.S. I strongly suggest to go get PHR first, then
SPHR; if he/she feels good enough, straight to SPHR, it depends on LZ
experiences. If he/she wants get more future at the international company,
and wants to get good offer to send back to China. He/she might need GPHR.
