慢慢可以恢复，可一个月过去了，才好了六成的样子，单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很
吃力。今天仔佃查了下，应该是跟腱炎achilles tendon；期间还是一直在练球，休息
不够，变成像网球肘一样的毛病了。悲惨啊，接下来打球不能跑不能跳了。。。

发帖数: 19210 | 39 今天正好夏令时改时间，早上多睡了一个小时，休息得特好。吃个全麦Bagel夹花生酱，喝了杯牛奶，还吃了个胖妞他爷爷烙的饼。去Angus Glen Golf Course的路上还吃了半块PowerBar，剩下的半块赛前15分钟热身时吃了。（本想带Gel的，结果昨晚找了N个supermarket都没找到。）
Golf Club的前门封了路，大家都走后门，窜过一大片荒地，才开到了高尔夫球场后面的一空地临时停车场。停好车看时间只有半小时了，就把胖妞丢给了她妈，我自己先狂奔去了。穿过高尔夫球场和一条小溪，爬上一小坡，就到了club house。进去领上timing chip，戴上，然后上厕所又放了点儿水。
来到club house门口的Start/Finish区只剩下15分钟了，人已经多起来了。随便再跑了跑，热了个身。但是人多，路段，跑不起来，心想算了，要跑21.1公里了，头一公里就当热身好了。

register SOSCEF might have had a typo in "s".
鲍敏琪访谈录 used McCombs J.B.
吴雅楠访谈录 used McComb J.B.
I have followed whatever is in the Chinese version in the translation, and
perhaps nobody would really notice this, as I haven't noticed it until now,
