因为原来的牙已经没有了，就只有根了。crown 以前作的有 core,但不牢固，就掉下来
了。现在只能拔牙，然后植牙。或者和12号，14号一起作 bridge.
两个方案，最后我自己掏的钱差不多。植牙要6个月左右，bridge 花时可能3个月。
1）我不知道哪个方案好？？请教一下，谢谢。
12，14 号牙是有cavity 的，但没有根管治疗过。我的牙本身质量不太好，我floss,刷
牙，少吃糖。但还是容易有洞。
2）牙医抱价如下，不知是否合理？

看的oral surgeon似乎还不错，十几年经验的professor and attending oral surgeon。
收费也很高，共$2000。我的烂学生保险可能不会保多少。
医生说得很轻松，笑气局麻(Nitrous Oxide Analgesia)一小时四颗全取掉。
之所以想拔一是阻生齿，二是因为较严重的牙周炎，智齿都有7-8mm的牙周袋，但是不
痛不蛀。
一年后有回国计划。考虑去上海市牙防所拔。
想问这里的专家，我是该立刻在美国拔了，还是等回国再拔？
libaijia在《关于深度洗牙》一文中说：“不建议回国拔，虽然便宜，但美国在这方面
的技术还是高于国内一筹的。 ” 即使三甲医院专家也不行么？ |

不明显。手术后还应该长期吃anitibiotics. 之后office staff告诉我，因为我有保险
，所以只要11，000刀。如果没有再贵30%。我的保险一年 max 1500刀。他有说可以2年
无利息finance.
问题：
1。等上一年半载归国看，行不行？我这个症状，牙会很快松或掉么？这种病疗程长还
是只有几天？我年假不多。如果回国，最好几天治好就回来。
2。这个价合理么？可以请他降一些么？怎么negotiate?

治牙龈炎,可是这个牙医说三个牙都死了，需要拔掉，然后植牙。请问什么情况下必须
做implant? 如果牙松动了，根部骨头流失，是不是就没得救，不能根管治疗来拯救？
如果一定需要植牙的话，下面列的价格是否合理？
Cone beam - 3-D reconstruction $420
Surgical placement of implant $1600 /每颗牙
Free soft tissue graft procedure $550 /每颗牙
这些保险都不报，需要自己掏。还要拔牙的钱，保险cover 60%，自己还得掏$152/每颗
牙。
然后还得做crowns....
唉，整个牙真要命啊，受罪不说，还得倾家荡产啊。 |

些），implant 1600（当时说，如果当天付款，打95折，所以实际花了$1520)，crown
另外花钱（implant这个牙医不做crown）。没有那个cone beam什么的，不懂。
现在觉得，我当时这个价格感觉贵了（大概3、4年前，不过这个可能价格不怎么变）。
拔牙和implant中间，洗牙看了另外一个牙医，他implant和crown都做，说给我优惠，
implant+crown，$1800左右。他说，因为如果这两步在不同的牙医做，两个牙医，需要
的part分开买，所以贵。他都是成套买的，就便宜。

一方面郁闷， 一方面害怕。 心理极度没有底阿。
医生说是用人工合成的骨头粉做填充料。
我现在担心两方面的问题：1）这所谓的人工合成粉同我自身的骨头会不会成排斥，
我担心会不会造成我将来自身的骨头坏死，或者伤口愈合不了。
２）这个肯定是个大手术， 把牙龈肉打开，然后撒粉，然后缝线，估计动手
术时要打麻药，事后还要吃止疼药，吃抗生素。
星期五就是同医生预约的时间了， 唉~~~~~~~~ 心烦阿。
望懂牙方面知识的人或者由类似经历的人给我说说，多谢拉 |

rituximab is against B-cells, not T-cells. its use in rejection treatment is
off-label and efficacy is not well documented.
you might want to do a chimerism test at next bone marrow aspiration. it may
provide clues how to further treat her. |

专科，医生量牙周袋大多数是7以上了，牙1度松动，有两颗磨牙2度松动。医生给的治
疗方案是：
OSSEOUS SURGERY（D4260) $4200
然后对四颗磨牙做BONE GRAFT（D4263）和 GUIDED TISSUE REGENERATION（D4264）
每颗牙齿~$800.
自己感觉是必须要治疗了，找的牙医有28年从业经验，看评价还不错，不知道这个收费
是不是合理。
牙医坚持要一次做完全口，说分开做会交叉感染，可怜明年的保险又用不上了。 |
