沙田柚较甜, 柚子味重些, 而Oro Blanco(或近似的Melogold)也甜, 但有点微酸, 肉细
, 且十分的juicy.
另外, 他文章里有个错误. Oro Blanco并不是梨形, 而是像大多grapefruit形状一样没
尖头.

好像Oro Blanco不错。不过我在orchid hardware supplies看到的是dwarf的品种，不
知道好不好。我们其实比较倾向种一颗非dwarf的，因为有人说一般dwarf的没有正常高
度的果子好吃，而且家里还有点地方。
还有，我家刚种了一颗dwarf的seckel pear。但是网上看看果子，好像是超市里卖过的
一种很难吃的梨子。山农mm说说这个梨好不好吧。如果不好，趁现在小换还来得及，顺
便求推荐梨子的品种，其实我最喜欢国内的香梨，可惜这边没有。

，potency比较高些，另外液态的比固态的potency高。grapefruit对肝肾detox很好，

关于grapefruit juice, 我觉得要看具体的药，以及grapefruit juice对该药血药浓度
的影响。我感觉grapefruit juice的影响有点被夸大了。一方面，它只影响那些有明显
小肠代谢首过效应的药，大多数药没有。另一方面，有些文献里用的grapefruit juice
的量很大，什么double strength, 一天喝好几次，一喝就是多少多少ml, 我觉得现实
中有谁会喝那么多啊。做research的有时候倾向于得到阳性结果。 |

种导致。给宝宝用nystatin不一定管用，一来这药用的太多，很多真菌对之产生了抗药
性，二来给宝宝服用的nystatin加了糖，因为真菌嗜糖，所以可能起不到抑制作用。
在注意卫生，防止交叉感染的同时，最重要的是帮助身体的有益菌种恢复平衡。可以试
试妈妈和宝宝同时服用益生菌（probiotics)。妈妈按建议的在health store应该有卖
。probiotics提取自健康人体肠道的有益细菌，它的作用是促进身体里健康细菌的生长
，抑制真菌和有害的细菌生长，服用对人体没有什么坏处，顶多太多了就被拉掉。另外
可以喝plain yogurt，它的有效成分也是益生菌。一种更美味而且有效的酸奶叫kefir

我就根据网上的搜索结果总结了一下常见的几种：
Mandarins: 果皮比较松软容易剥离的小柑橘，中文应该叫做蜜桔.
Clementines: seedless mandarin，无核蜜桔，果皮表面光滑紧致圆润.
Oranges: 我们学英文的时候这个词被翻译成橘子，其实应该是橙。果皮密实，不容易
剥离果肉。老外通常用来榨汁食用的。常见的栽培品种是navel oranges, Valencia
oranges and blood oranges.
Satsuma:一个源自日本的品种，果皮比clementines的厚实一些，皱巴巴的，果肉无核。
Tangerines: 薄皮蜜桔，比较甜，果皮容易剥离。
grapefruit：各种柚子
lemon：柠檬，西式烹饪里用得多，切片泡水加蜂蜜很美容。
lime：青柠，东南亚烹饪里用的多
