酸，但是劲大。我去年用的葡萄是Zinfandel，这种葡萄含糖量
非常高，因此度数可以到15%，效果不错。
酿酒的葡萄要求含糖量高，否则度数低，因此wine grape和table
grape有区别，而且年份很重要，葡萄喜欢夏天炎热比较干旱，
如果又冷又湿，那就差一些了。

前一阵和一位同事聊天，她提到草莓，桃子等是属于含农药量最高的几种蔬菜水果，结
论是能少吃尽量少吃，实在嘴馋就去买“有机产品”。最近又看到一篇文章提到“十种
最脏的蔬菜水果”。我不知道这篇文章的科学性究竟有多强，可信性有多高，只是摆在
这里做为一篇参考资料吧。

Maria见我恢复了刚来时那种好奇与激情，显得格外高兴。车在我们的欢笑声中，划过
一片又一片葡萄园，大约一刻钟左右，我们来到了他们家族的领地。
车靠着路边在一块半坡腰间停下，映入眼帘的是一望无际的葡萄园。葡萄园沿着高低起
伏的山丘，疏密有致的展开延伸。蜿蜿蜒蜒的葡萄架，像是丽日下一排排不知疲倦的纤
夫，挂着一片片嫩叶的葡萄藤又像是批着绿色夏衣的有着娇小蛮腰mm们，昂着头微风吹
来时在纤夫们的肩上不停的跳跃欢唱。在这硕大的葡萄园中间，有一块大约有足球场大
小的园子很特别。所有的支架上都披上了像是白色幔帐一样的保护网，远远看去像是一
排排顶着婚纱的新娘在此举行集体婚礼。据Maria介绍，目前正是葡萄开始成熟的季节
，所以我猜测披上这样的保护网是为了不让鸟儿捷足先登。
眺望过后，我们慢慢的步进了园子，边走边看那些藏在绿叶下的葡萄串。葡萄的藤和枝
修剪的极为整齐，主干之间间隔着非常一致标准的距离。主干向上大概一米左右才是带

iphone的事情，有学生卖肾买爱疯的事情。
美国左派几十年前就看到了公司从盈利出发，会对社会造成破坏的规律。于是开始了各
种运动，才有了今天公司注意正面形象的各种投入，比如环保，装个太阳板就可以打广
告。
苹果，也需要对他们在中国造成的负面影响负一些责任。

发帖数: 70028 | 47 美国消费者保护团体EWG(Environmental Working Group)最近公布2015“最脏的14种蔬果”，依据蔬果所遗留的农药残留量多寡排序，并建议民众在选购时，最好买有机农产品以保健康。
这份清单是调查一般家庭常买的48种蔬果农药残留量，其中辣椒和羽衣甘蓝是今年新上榜的最脏蔬果，另外12种农产品和往年相同。根据美国农业部所做的农药残留检测，发现这些蔬果中残留高含量的剧毒农药，其中以有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类的杀虫剂最多。这些类型的农药会破坏人类的神经系统。

尽管检测出的蔬果农药残留量仍符合北美标准，但若经常食用，最好选择有机农产品，以避免过多的农药不能排出身体，对人的免疫系统造成伤害。
加拿大有机农业中心主任汉默斯特(Andrew Hammermeister)指出，不只是农药问题，能安心食用的有机农产品，还能避开转基因生物，生长激素、抗生素、防腐剂、食用色素、香精等各种化学物质。同时，因为种植过程采用较自然的生产方式，不洒农药，以天敌对抗的方式减少虫害，对自然生态的生物平衡性高。
