5篇Journal，大致有APL JAP PRB IEEE T-ED之类。
目前系里在提名IBM Fellowship，自己有老板和另一名合作教授（是前IBM TJ Waton
research staff member）支持，还需要一名推荐人，最好是现在和IBM有直接联系或者
从事研究的researcher。如果最终获得此fellowship，您可以担任我工业界的mentor一
职，在fellowship支持的那一年里也可以帮您从事相关半导体方面的research
小弟目前从事2D semiconductor material transport方面研究，包括graphene, MoS2,
BP; 也做一些flexible electronic材料和device的研究；老板最早是做III-V的，近
年来从事这些方向~

我有一篇IEDM，2篇VLSI，2篇IEEE EDL,2篇IEEE TED，4篇APL，全是一作。
评委里能有个人知道IEDM和VLSI算不错了，再加上他能为你说句好话就更不容易了。
而且今年的情况是很多做graphene，纳米，光伏的都都在信息学科组。做器件和工艺的
这些会议和文章在这些评委里看来就不值一提。
还有就是引用，1,200次的引用就不要提了，肯定被他们说太少了。
据大致的打听，我是基本上肯定落了。 |

很低；相反做Carbon nanotube， graphene以及纳米类的，影响因子以及citations都
很高，但是做传统金属材料以及陶瓷的，去工业界要比其他功能纳米材料容易很多。
所以国内招的千青大部分是在美国学术以及工业界找不到工作的生物、纳米、化学千老
们。。。。。 |
