3月初匆忙报到，马上就是截止期，有人建议我要先找机会去拜山头，不然肯定要被大

都会批准。虽然自己对技术内容还比较有信心，但当时没办公室没打印机没团队以及白
天各项杂事，用中文写起来很费劲。
同事有的支援我研究生或青年教师扯起个队伍，有的给我提修改建议，在科技处大力协
助下在最后一刻前递上去了。到现在
也还没机会去拜山头套近乎。自科果然是国内相当公平的基金，或的确是向回来的人倾
斜了一点。
学校每给1块钱启动，都是指望你出去挣1块5以上回来还债的，这下算是有了个良好开
端吧。

公司在沈阳，开的条件还可以，
工资按汇率算是五成，头衔是项目经理，大概能管四五号人吧。
俺的要求不高，这条件俺已经很满意了。

switch and avoid the server that is being blocked by Grat China Fire Wall.
So talk to your hosting firm and talk smart with them to avoid the over-
charge.
It's easy profit for them if you don't .
