记者今天获悉，朝阳法院以故意伤害罪判处其有期徒刑12年。
今年1月24日晚上，张某的父母和他一起，来到朝阳区某公司向领导王某索要工资
。之前，王某欠下张某的父母一个月工资未付。因为担心自己去会受欺负，老两口特意
叫上了当过特种兵、“身手特别好”的儿子。
进了领导的房间，张某的父母不由分说，拽住王某的手，把一包屎往她身上乱抹，
吓得王某大喊着跑出房间。
其间，王某的同事刘某闻声赶来，对张某的父母进行劝说。后张某与刘某发生争执
，张某一脚踹到刘某头上，致使刘某当即不省人事。后刘某因颅脑损伤，经医院抢救无
效死亡。次日，张某被传唤至公安局。

如果你没能目睹今日的成千上万警官从早晨9:30am开始列队，到下午2:00pm葬礼才正式开始，到4:00葬礼的结束，4:30pm才能吃一些东西，若你在加拿大再遇到过一些不愉快的经历，也许你不会赞成我这个看法。一群优秀的加拿大人构成的加拿大的伟大。从中国家喻户晓不远万里来到中国帮助中国人民抗日的加拿大医生白求恩(Dr. Norman Bethune)， 到2011年1月12日牺牲在工作岗位上的多伦多警官罗素尔(Sgt. Ryan Russell), 无愧为加拿大人的杰出代表。虽然不少加拿大人不了解白求恩，但因为他的事迹发生在中国，再加上毛泽东的一篇文章，中国人都非常了解和敬佩他。

赤红的钢条，反手放进另一个轨道里，全程人工，没有机械化，甚至半自动化都没有。
几个工人被烫的皮肤发红，唯一的降温方式就是泼水，站在几个人身侧有一个泼水的，
钢条来了，他舀起一勺水泼在几位工人的身上，就在这水分被蒸发的短短几秒内他们要
完成操作。没有护具、没有现代化设备。
