是个传说，直到今天。
Great Clips Lexington 分店 （在como lake 不远，旁边就是rainbow) 的发型师
Lacy, 我觉得她的技术在双城可以堪称top. 个人感觉，此人手法非常专业，善于处理
亚洲人发质（lacy是白人女孩），对顾客对发型的描述和期待的理解也很透彻，服务到
位，剪头吹头技术我觉得都可以跟国内发型师媲美。剪出的头型层次连续，形状非常好。
据Lacy自己说她已经从事这行11年，现在在UoM读大四，所以只有星期六上班。有兴趣
的mm可以去试试看。 |

of new hyde park also goes to the south school
the asian population in the north is about 15%..
rich folks in either north or south go to private schools anyway.. only the
truely poor and the working poor goes to public school..

长岛nassau的好学区包括
jericho，syosset，great neck，old westbury, herricks，manhasset，roslyn, 一
般来说，好区集中在495北面，越靠北边港湾越好。所以很多北面学区port washington
等等都是有钱人住的。

还有些rumor，比如书roslyn腐败严重，great neck south，30-50%都有亚洲人了。

校比例5%-7%，但学区大，500多人毕业，所以总数进藤校是和jericho一样的。 |

有2岁娃一个，计划送daycare,老公在Soho 附近上班。forest hills 已经决定去看看
了，就是不知道great neck plaza 附近是不是值得看，请问板上有木有住在那块的给

不知那块中国人多不，尤其是有娃家庭，方便找playdate。现在住的地方很多跟我们一
样带娃学生家庭和探亲老人，混习惯了，我怕一进playground 看不到中国人心慌。。。

般有3部分组成，
county tax + school tax + village tax ( 有的房子没有village tax)
一般的房子(80万左右的） 地税基本上都在 1万1到1万四左右的。
great neck相比较长岛别的地方来说，地税不算高的。 |

今天我们又去逛Great Mall的时候，拎着几袋衣服路过Coach，发现折扣和BF的时候一
样。并且还没人排队，就又进去了。发现我们买的其中两个包还有货。
想起来昨天吃饭的时候一个朋友也挺喜欢老婆的新包的，可惜她没车没去买。
看到店里还是有很多人在挑来挑去，就把包拿在手里给朋友打电话，想问她还想不想要。
结果电话没人接，我们也没啥想买的，就从店里走出来了。
走出去十几米后，老婆突然发现我把包给拎出来了。我也吃了一惊，赶紧跑回去还给了
门口的Security。Security的人也很吃惊，不过还是很高兴的把包收下了。
现在想想，可能是因为我们拎了好几袋子衣服，并且这个包和老婆背的一样，一点都不
显眼。不过还是不理解为什么包上没有衣服上那个会报警的东西呢。 |

想跑太远, 同事推荐了往南70 miles的Great Wolf Lodge, 说是室内水上公园, 住那儿
玩那儿. 看了一下网评, 才三颗星, 想了半天, 没其他地方好选, 决定还是去一下.
这Great Wolf Lodge全美有11个连锁店, 西岸才摊上1个, 在WA靠近OR交界处. 看地图
不过70英里左右, 原以为开1个小时就能到. 结果路上好几处限速50, 有木有搞错啊,
拖拖拉拉的开了快2小时才到.
去前同事说hotel四周没啥特色景点, 恩, 到达目的地发现除了边上的interstate
highway, 可以说前不着村后不着店的. 猪头笑说别进去后发现才1, 2个小游泳池, 后
悔也来不及了.
怎么说呢, 进了lodge还是很被impress了一把, 哈哈. 我没拍照片, 拿网上的凑数.
我们要了2间普通房, 每间都是2个Queen bed. 房间不错, 挺大的. 有冰箱微波炉. 还
要了个crib, 等送来一看, 就是棒棒家用的折叠式小床.

heartbeat. Korean Stores just don't offer those items we want. Also Great
Wall will benefit from its location. It is in the heart of downtown
Rockville. So it is pretty easy to get to.
Parking may be the greatest disadvantage working against Great Wall. There
is no easy solution. |

Odyssey driver was trying to park in front of Great Wall with left turn, and
hit hard on the left rear fender of my SUV. The Odyssey driver immediately
backed out, and drove away and exit at Gallows Road at Gold Gym side. Around
