市场化不是灵丹妙药，美国应该学习日本的医疗体制。美国医疗费用过高，最大的原因
是医生收费太高，当然其他因素还有很多。医疗体制应该社会主义成分为主，私营保险
作为补充，占很小一部分。
按人头算，美国政府已经支付了比其他发达国家（挪威除外）更多的医疗费用，但是那
些国家都有全民医疗保险。美国的医疗制度是美国的shame
和极端社会主义一样，极端资本主义一样会产生邪恶
