sounds like cliche). it should in the range of 65k-82k
regarding the fresh grad, I need to think about if the team can take one at
this point. Nothing against fresh grad (we all come from it), but it does
take lots of time/training, and we have such a small team so I need to be
careful on this. |

如果是GreenCard/Citizen身份后direct hire，那我就没啥好说的了，大家都是做一天
和尚撞一天钟。我的中心意思是，给他办了H1你起码装装样子到年底或者第二年年初时
候再走呗，连H1都没生效，就想着走了，这跟“你穷的时候你求我给你个机会去学习，
去实习，去尝试，去给你个开始，你学好了，你进了这个门，翅膀刚稍微硬一点就想着
把我踹一边去了” 有区别么？
在美国，你没身份，你就什么都谈不上，那个题主，人家给他弄上了H1B不管怎么说是
在身份上为他解决了大问题（你们也应该知道在美国找个愿意sponsor H1的公司容易不
容易），然后呢，赤裸裸的过河拆桥。
你说的换位思考，试想你如果是雇主，你的员工偷偷面试准备跳槽，这种去意已定的员
工，对公司以后没有什么帮助了，留着干啥? 我公司帮他着想维持着身份凭啥？ |

anything about this until they ask in the offer stage.
It is true that some companies don't like L2 applicants because its a
dependent visa, which means if your husband leaves his job, either
voluntarily or not, you would also have to leave your job. L1B visa holders
cannot change job, unless they transfer to a H1B or Greencard.
But otherwise, L2 is one of the best visas, you are not restricted to work
