还是我当初出国前的时候了,那会等着签证,没有事情做,就整天在学校里瞎晃悠.因为从
小身体不是很好,加上爸妈对我只身前往异国的担心,然后偶毅然决定去锻炼身体,那就
跑步吧.那天,刚走进操场的铁门,一个足球滚到了我脚边,我抬头看了下,一个黑黑瘦瘦
高高的男生对着我微笑,意思大概是麻烦我踢给他吧,那会我很是花痴了一下,因为他正
是我喜欢的那型,呵呵.跑完步买了瓶水坐在边上的休息台休息,然后看到他也过来买水
喝了,四目相对的那会我不知道怎么就脸红了,心虚地假装看别的东西去了.想想那时候
真是傻呀,哈哈
再后来,他就成了我每天去跑步的动力了,其实并不是每天都能遇到,因为他是校队的,校
队每周大概就训练1-2次 |

材料：猪里脊肉300g，生菜100g，豆芽50g，鸡蛋1个，生姜，蒜，葱，豆瓣酱（郫县的
话可能就不要加盐了，比较咸），干辣椒，花椒，胡椒粉，绍酒，精盐，白糖，味精，
酱油，湿淀粉，肉汤，色拉油各适量。
做法：1.将猪里脊肉切成片，放酱油，味精，白糖，胡椒粉，绍酒，湿淀粉，蛋清搅拌
均匀 2.将生菜，豆芽洗净，放在碗底备用。生姜，蒜洗净切片，葱切丝。
3.炒锅中下色拉油烧热，放入豆瓣酱，花椒，干辣椒，葱丝，蒜片，姜片煸香，
加肉
汤，酱油， 精盐，味精，白糖，胡椒粉烧沸，逐片放入腌好的猪肉，烧至猪
肉变
色嫩熟时，倒入盛生菜和豆芽的碗中，撒上辣椒面，蒜泥。
4.碗里倒少许油，放入微波炉微波high 1－2分钟，然后倒入牛肉碗中即成。
这个是我从国内背来的《家常菜典》里学来的，稍微修改了一些，水煮猪肉做的很是成
功！

可以带我们过去,然后我们一路开心地跟在他后面去了.后来我们在一个人字路口分开了

coach timetable.我们刚走到office门口,门打不开,然后他忽然出现了,过来帮我们开
了门,我们又是感激不尽.找到站台后不久,只见他也向我们的1号站台走了过来,站了一
会对我们说:"That coach goes to Praha as well."他指了指前面0号站台的一辆coach.
这时坐在我们旁边的一个大叔说:"No, here's the right one."然后就听他们
用捷克语很严肃地讲话.因为刚刚在楼上看到了站台,0号开往另一个城市,所以我们还是

因为不是第一次去伦敦，还有朋友的介绍，所以对那里的吃的多少还是有些了解的。
24/08 韩国烤肉，忘记名字了，一般，比起国内的韩国烧烤差了很多，拌饭还不错：）
25/08 巴蜀，一家川菜馆，四川的朋友说很正宗。现在那里只有水煮鱼能吸引我了，
可能是因为去的次数多了，几乎每次去伦敦都要去吃。
26/08 喜相逢，一家粤式海鲜馆，吃了很多次还是很好吃，非常的喜欢，尤其是龙虾
煲和螃蟹煲，潮州炒饭也很好吃，百吃不腻。
27/08 老地方，朋友的朋友推举的，找了好久才找到，因为临时决定的，所以没有
book到桌子。下车以后发现生意爆满呀，等了好久终于等到了座位。烤羊肉很很很好吃
，很地道的西北菜餐馆，价廉物美。对了，那个美容猪蹄也很好吃，为了美，偶试着吃
了一点点，哈哈，居然都不腻。
