实验室，没有平台，也没有系统，也没人，也不出文章（10年来基本没有）
老板是个老好人，早就终身教授了，从来不问实验结果，也不查岗
我是实验室目前唯一的千老
前面一个白女两年的合同做了一年就去教书去了
好像和老板关系还不错，目前实验室另外一白女phd基本上就是靠这个前任博后回来不
定期的指导一下。
老板交给我的东西也是这个博后留下的，方向差别太大了偏生态和进化
而我自己以前是做分子的
所以除了养养菌，基本上我就啥事都不做
老板不急，我自己都急
每天上班除了灌水真的不知道干嘛
实验室人员构成除我之外，还有一个一年级的phd白女，一个N年级的印尼老博士等待毕
业中，还有一个马来本科生（负责实验室的technician），一个美国人负责greenhouse

地球本来就是个不停在变动的系统，你prevent个屁呀？
美国要真是玩减少碳排放，也是有可能做到的，直接把烧煤的电厂，
全关了，换成烧天然气的电厂就差不多了。
但是，这么宝贵的，便于使用的天然气，就拿来烧掉发电，实在是太暴殄天物了。
就跟你把上好的花梨木，当柴烧，生火做饭是一回事。
农民都不这么傻逼，都知道，最没用的料用来烧锅。
美国的一帮子人实在是太不像话了。
中国要减少污染，要环保，但是，烧天然气发电，拿花梨木烧锅的事，
是坚决不能干的。

严不严重。
1. 房子没盖好前，地下室gliding door外面的水泥平台没有灌得很好，下雨的时候雨
水倒灌进来淹了，不过builder后来重新铺过，算是解决了这个问题。
2 . 93年后院有棵树被风吹倒，砸到屋顶和地下室外墙，各砸出个窟窿，都灌进去些雨
水，保险公司出钱修好了。
3. 屋主说房子盖好3年后发现主卧浴室一面墙墙体变软，同时有carpenter ants出没，
拆了发现wet wood, builder把它换成concrete board. 然后十几年间在房子的其它角
落，比如厨房greenhouse window, family room patio door 附近，时而会看见蚂蚁。
他们做过pest control，换了新greenhouse window和一些外墙。据她自己讲carpenter
ants are indicator for wet wood, 治好了反而没法预测家里其它地方有wet wood了。

应速度也很快。
2.如果蜂场在地域上分布比较广的话，那么他们的发电模式可以视为相互独立的。这样
，局部的风电有波动，但是总体上看，波动就不大。
3.调峰的问题在电网里面一直就存在，因为电网的负荷本身波动就很大，如果天气预报
有一度的偏差都能造成很大的不平衡。一般来说，现阶段风电占个3，5％的问题不大。
随着技术的提高，这个比例是可以逐步增加的。足以支持风电产业的发展。
4. 替代能源的受重视不仅仅是石油的问题，greenhouse gas的减排是今后几十年的重
点。今后倒卖greenhouse gas的quota有可能成为一个赚钱的好方法。 |

标 题: 包子问个关于绿卡，H1B， OPT extension 的问题

公司情况有点复杂，有几个公司名字，但都是用相同地址注册的。
公司产品和网站用的名字 A； 我的offer letter 和 paycheck 用的名字 B； 还有一
个名字C，中间用company C 给我发过几次paycheck。
1. 现在已经递交了OPT extension (under company B)
2. 同时公司在给我申请4月1号的H1B，说 B 亏损，所以只能用 company C 来给我申请
H1B
3. 自己申请EB1A，打算OPT extension 批准就递交EB1A。
想请教一下如果H1B 被拒（不是因为抽签），会不会影响OPT extension和EB1A的申请？
关于这三个申请同时处理，大家有没有什么好的建议，timing之类的，来确保这三个相

今天公司HR说4月1号寄出，因为H1B以邮戳为准，记得以前听说是4月1号要寄到。
没有找到uscis到底咋说的，大家都是啥时候寄的阿？ |

如果签证官问子女是否申请绿卡，回答应该是肯定的么？如果答是，对父母签证有没有
什么不好的影响？
