于我来说，最夏威夷的事情有三件，不是美丽的海滩，不是多变的热带雨林，而是：1
）下飞机的时候有人送上花环，2）看表演吃烤乳猪3）耳朵边上别一朵美丽的兰花拍照
。。。。。。。。（我知道，有点俗～～～～～）不过住在美丽的SD，其实对于海滩并
不感冒。我向往的就是耳朵边上别着兰花，戴着花环，看表演吃烤乳猪~~~~~~~~这一梦
想后来还真被我实现了。：）
当时定了去夏威夷的机票，我的第一句话就是问Y，有没有Lei greeting。Y看了我一眼
，回答，当然有啊，花钱就有啊。话说下了飞机，远远就看到一个可爱的老奶奶在通道
的最后笑眯眯的望着我们，问了名字以后，我们三个每人给套了一个花环。不知道是不
是因为不是旅游旺季的原因，没有太多的人要lei greeting，我们三个还显得挺鲜艳夺

对方打你gv号，25秒后（文献1）没人接听，gv vm接管 （这个时间不可调）
对方打你rp号，23秒后（文献2）没人接听，sprint vm接管（这个时间也不可调）
理论上，对方拨你gv号没人接听的话应该是sprint vm接管，但由于转接的时延每次不
同，有可能会出现gv vm先于sprint vm接管(这当然是我们希望的)。
我本人亲测：基本上50-50，有时gv接管，有时sprint接管。
要保证gv先于sprint接管，只能在gv上设screen on，但设了以后每次接电话较烦。
不想在gv上设screen on的话目前只能是gv vm和sprint vm的greeting message都设为
一样保持一致。
set screen on：gv page--setting--calls--call screening--on(原来应该设off）

到关岛了，这的确是美国，但是离其本土还差十万八千里呢，好比《大宪章》刚刚
颁布，离真正的法治和民主的路还任重道远；等飞到夏威夷了，这也的确是美国，
可是上面除了毛利土著、日裔华裔、海军大兵和旅游者之外，要想看看典型的美国
人恐怕还是找错了地方，这好比Simon De Montfort和Edward I时期议会刚刚试运
转，机制开始建立，模子已经越来越成型了，但还不能算货真价实；只有飞过了落
山鸡，才是真正地到了美国，好比经过了光荣革命，英国以至近代的法治和民主才
真正地落到了实处；不过实际上加州到处西裔亚裔印度裔犹太裔人士成群，其美国
味道仍然欠一点火候，还得开一阵远路四处兜兜才成，好比光荣革命后的三百年人
类的继续探索和完善补充．回头看看离着十万八千里的关岛，虽然你尽可以嘲笑那

然后警察跟了他5分钟，一直到车库。看来他从没被pull over过，警察一般pull over
