有遇到什么波折吧？特别是回来的时候，有没有因为某些特殊原因而影响行程？
俞：谢谢朋友们关心！国内外的多数朋友认为，我此次访美，十分敏感而危险，大家都
力劝我不要回来了，而且认为我要改变中国身份轻而易举，毕竟在西方，尤其是在西方
高层我还拥有一点儿知名度。但我还是决定回来。正如我已经回答过的：倘若芸芸吾辈
，因有危险就往国外跑，或者因有危险就不敢回中国，则中国必将更加危险。当然，今
后我该如何，我不作保证。至少目前我的言行是统一于上述认识的。我也并不想拿这个
来要求他人，我只要求自己尽可能忠实于自己内心最真切最强烈的感受。当然，我也并
不是完全天真幼稚，回来之前，我也作了一些可能的预案，动员了一些力量，直到美国

刚有个人敲门说是evergreen tree care公司的，叫gregg (425)-213-2329
他说给做三件事：
1 剪一颗树，大概算中等粗细（〉10英寸），就是疏通不至于被风吹倒。
2 砍一棵树，大概也算中等，（8-10英寸），砍到地面，不包括根
3 剪一排那种树墙一样的东西，从15英尺削到10英尺，总共大概10米长（10多棵吧）
。
收费1500+tax. 你们觉得怎么样？如果觉得便宜也可以联系他。如果用过知道服务不好
，请告诉一下。如果没有人回，我大概就用他家了，不过似乎名片上的网址看上去粗糙

书上有几周的计划，从浅入深，但一般人估计用前面一两周建议的一些方法就有效了。
我大概记得这些：
1，心里不要背包袱，人的脑子自己有调节的机制，睡得越少，睡的效率越高。一般8个
小时的睡眠只有一小部分是深度睡眠，其他还有半醒，浅睡，做梦这些乱七八糟的。所
以核心睡眠只有3个小时，5个小时对于成年人来说够你大脑恢复的了，你第二天能正常
工作，除了感觉上不舒服。缺少睡眠的时候，每一次睡觉大脑都总是把最缺乏的部分补
上，比如睡3，5个小时的人REM睡眠（做梦的那种）会比较缺乏，下次睡觉可能就会多
梦。
还有就是睡眠的时间不需要连续的，大脑一样能得到它需要的恢复。

Gregg, Snowe, Spector这三位是所谓的东北部的共和党.
Mccain和Kyl来自非法移民偷渡入境最猖獗的Arozina.很有意思,两人都支持.这次那个
八人帮的Flake也是来自Arizona.
Lott and Luger (10年初选被击败)都是70年代当选的议员,属于那种传统派,为了总统
和党的利益忍辱负重投票的.
Hagel就是现在的国防部长.这哥们当时就是个异类.在伊拉克问题上和布什唱反调.另外
他决定08年退休.所以估计按照良心投得.
Craig就是当年在MN机场被警察钓鱼的说他招男妓的主.也是要退休的.所以估计没有压
力.
Bennett (UT)我觉得应该是传统的GOP,给总统个面子.
Graham就不说了,8人帮里的.
反对的基本上南部的.这里面我最奇怪的是Maine Collins没有投票支持.可能是因为她

艾弗雷特因可爱的外表，被人昵称为“洋娃娃”（Dolly）。她曾经是澳洲著名制帽公
司Akubra的形象代言人。8年前，Akubra公司做圣诞宣传活动时，6岁的艾弗雷特为产品
代言。广告照片上，她笑容明丽灿烂，感染了许多人的心。
然而，8年后，艾弗雷特却为网络欺凌所扰，最终无法承受，选择结束自己的生命。
