一直惦记着要吃，food版也看到有做，终于这次BF买了griddle。。。可以尝试一下最喜
欢吃的煎饼果子
那个摊饼的工具我是DIY的，不然要去amazon买，貌似不便宜，将近10刀。。
我没有用绿豆粉，玉米粉，我就用whole wheat的面粉代替了。。。一次我会做多一点，
放着热了吃
3 cup all purpose flour， 2 cup whole wheat flour， 9 cup 凉水， 1 teaspoon
盐， 搅拌器搅匀
酱：豆瓣酱，葱末，姜末，辣酱熬制（酱的油要多一些，我用的是熬制的红油）
griddle开最大，热两分钟就可以开始了
1/2cup铺一块，铺平，放鸡蛋，铺匀，过两分钟，翻面，涂酱（酱里面油可以正好煎葱
和香菜），撒葱，香菜

最早是因在小木屋（Cottage）里制作而得名。可以搭配新鲜水果、果酱或者糖浆吃，
也可以加盐、黑胡椒、各种蔬菜或者放入沙拉中食用。从质地上来说，有小粒（Small
curd，未经过Rennet处理）和大块（Large curd，经过Rennet处理）的差别，前者更常
见，味道略酸一些。今天的两款Pancake都是用这种Small curd cottage cheese制作的
，一款保留了颗粒的质地，另一款先打碎再制作，口感差别较大，但是一样香浓可口。
Cottage Cheese在制作的过程中因为没有经过脱水和陈化，味道要温和得多，觉得“奶

放一点点黄油，锅里热一下，没放糖，放了一勺raspberry的果酱就，烂了就行了

我们从前没马勺。后来好像终于有了，但是位置很不方便，去了也没见过。
如果12寸这个价格那我就买个12寸吧。
就2寸多付几十刀也很不爽啊
恩，都说很沉，不过我考虑我也不打算练习颠勺，还是大的好用。。
不过我最近开始用griddle烙饼。一下子可以烙8个中不溜秋的size。
griddle我之前是嫌拿出来占地方。。现在想想占地方就占一会儿呗，多大的事儿啊。
何必非要自己费劲巴拉在用那么小的平底锅烙饼半天呢。。 |

对啊，其实大家没必要对一千块钱的东西上纲上线，大家浪费在laptop, smart phone
，cable tv上的钱比这多得去了。包括以前买的ikea家具质量不好都扔了。偶现在光
cable一个月比以前就省90元，拆东墙补西墙，呵呵。如果weber可以用10-15年，基本
上值了。

cooker 早就没影了，转一圈找到了一个waffle maker, 问了store manager, 说是等

的一样用，可没过多久有一个小的被我弄坏了，后悔当时没买。所以这次除了买搅拌器
