步频，那是非常困难的。随着体能下降，节奏也会混乱。而跑步训练的目标，就是要让
身体能够适应更高步频，从而跑得更快、更强。
数年前，研究者曾发现，长跑精英运动员通常每分钟迈出180步。运动生理学家杰
克·丹尼埃尔斯还特意研究了1984年洛杉矶奥运会上所有跑步项目运动员的数据，发现
在超过3000米以上的赛跑中，仅有一个人每分钟的步频不到180步，而这个人一分钟的
步数也有178步。不过，专家指出，只有通过训练，才能达到每分钟180步的速度。
1. 评估个人情况
下次慢跑的时候，在正常情况下数一下30秒钟自己的步数，然后乘以二，就是你的
