分享，敬告大家珍惜生命，远离BOA。
房子是3月份看中下的offer，因为是boa的foreclosure，出售方要求boa的pre-approve
。我们很快就得到boa的pre-approve。别人都要两三天，他们几分钟就搞定。同时看到
利率也相当好，3.5%。于是就顺理成章选了boa的房贷买boa的房子。没想到噩梦就开始
了。
大约是03/10左右下的offer，13号就counter offer。我们看价格已经很低，而且孩子
快要出生了，不想再磨蹭，就爽快答应，价格是$67,900。几天后签了约交了订金，同
时去办loan。没想到一个星期渺无音讯，然后listing agent那边居然打电话来说搞错
了。BOA的实际想的出售价价格是$67,950，不是$67,900，我们签错约。这下可麻烦了
，要么我们接受这$50的差价，要么重新等他们把房子放回到market我们再下offer，要
差不多两个月。这哪里伤的起，赶紧答应$50的差价重新签约。

比较重要的产品，比如无线路由器。 3C 小配件现在BELKIN ,GRIFFIN 等 都快 在TOP
SELLER 找不到位置了。
我觉得AMAZON 清理这些产品只是早晚的事，比如修改规则之类的。所以做长尾还是好
一点，品类多了，销售也还是客观，细水长流啊。
排名在很前的产品，有的背后都有几千号 甚至上万个水军在活动，你只是没有看到而
已。 但是我相信AMAZON 肯定会清理这些产品，就像苹果APP排名那样。 |

周五美股涨了1.4%，停在200天均线下，势头很弱。这周三马金call的账号，周一没有
解套的可能，将会出现甩卖，然后周四马金call的再次进水，继续甩卖，美股形势比较
危急。美债过去四天呈涨势，但涨势不强。下周一土共如果把美债砸到这周一关盘的水
平，美债就崩了，等于在美股上又加了一把力。美股可能暴跌，熔断一级保险(7%)可能
性不小，二级保险(13%)也有可能。
这周川普大骂鲍威尔，其实鲍威尔没干啥事，升息是按既定方针办事，都是市场已经计
入的，升息幅度也是最小单位，没什么值得骂的。按Woodward的书描述，川普根本不懂
货币政策。我阴谋论一个原因，鲍威尔一缩表为借口掐了川普的护盘队的资金来源，也

在美国上学的时候申请到了枫叶卡，结果毕业没在加找到工作，就留在美国工作了，枫
叶卡去年也作废了：一是登陆后当天就回到美国，5年间也从来没去过加拿大，二是之
间也从来没有申请过travel document
去年去加拿大开会，顺利申请到了一次的签证；今年又有事情要去加拿大，再申请的时
候却被要求交IMM5524--我的PR早就作废了啊，为啥还要填这个呢？这种情况会不会被
