堪称创收标兵的路口, 我红灯右转没停，收到了一张 499 大洋的罚单。第一次上庭，
法官问，你认罪不？ 我说，不。法官说，好，回去候着，下次再来申辩。三个月以后
的今天，我第二次上庭。
都说 ”福兮祸所依，祸兮福所伏“， 因为我的姓以Y开头，出庭的顺序又以姓的首字
母的顺序排列，直接导致我的排名在四十名出庭者中名列三十九。后来得知，那最后一
位还请了律师，根本没来，顺理成章地，我成了最后一号。不许开手机，不许说话，于
是两个小时的漫长等待竟似变成了一场精彩的百老汇，有开场有独白有高潮有结尾，看
得我不亦乐乎，竟差点忘了自己也是演员之一。

的expected value，价格出现短暂的平台期。一来是人们对于小学的overflow问题有比
较严重的焦虑，二是在通勤上没有比同为类似地区的NSJ更有优势，而NSJ还同时伴有G
L分部的利好。
Warm Spring 地区始终处于一种利好-利空的摇摆状态，好的消息-Bart通车，特斯拉股
价，FUSD新建校区计划都会阶段性地刺激房价和房租的上涨，坏的消息-牛逼垃圾场不
搬，Grimmer南延小区开发2018开盘，Bart沿线房产受碍均会给这种长势带来阻断，因
此价格始终属于跑一阵，歇两口。
Warm Spring 的另外一个问题就是和中半岛Millbrae类似的，不客气的说，每个
房子都是硬伤房。 |
