Two kids school and daycare = $2000
Utilities = $400
Student loan = $120
就这些算下来已经$10.9k, 还没包括其它杂七杂八的东西。买房之后身边一分钱不胜，
每月估计得倒贴些钱。有点大的开销只能去借emergency loan

于大学城区域内，紧临宾大，过了路口即为牙医学院。
三月初可以入住，七月底可以续租。房东为美国老太太。
房租：三间卧室月租1200刀，含暖气（冬季暖气超足，夏季也不会特别闷热）和冷热水
，三人平分网费和电费，一人不超过50。室内洗衣机和烘干机，免费使用。
吃饭：门口就是24小时营业allegro pizza和copa banana美式餐厅, 离“上海站”中餐
厅1分钟。
交通：距离fresh grocer超市步行3分钟，步行10分钟可到van pelt图书馆。免费校车
和shuttle，Lucy均经过。此外，有多条公交车经过，20分钟可到中国城。
室内：3人share厨卫客厅，公共空间很大，缺点是卧室采光比较差，房子比较旧。
安保：房子外对街有校警24小时巡逻。

Don't open the lid, just drill a few holes on the cover, so that in case
your cat spill it, it won't be all over and you only need to vacuum a few
spots. You can pour out some every once in a while (especially if you find
it crystallized in damp air) , and it's toilet friendly! |

Cash Preferred，什么时候最少3%回报呢？假设全部回报都是6%，x*2%=x*6%-75 then
x=1875，如果你在grocer消费1875多，至少可以选Blue Cash Preferred，但是其他消
费呢？我一直觉得网购包括网上买机票什么的真才是大开销。当然不怕麻烦，不怕关卡
的危险买gift card来消费其他，我觉得很值。
其次如果楼主是想长期持有这个卡，不是特别推荐年费的卡，因为你的消费结构可能改
变。而FIA或者其他2%值得长期持有的卡的好处是，无论你这么变，都至少2%的回报。
这个benchmark也为你以后申请什么卡，提供了参考。
最后看楼主消费结构吧，如果重度消费groceries, gas & department stores，可以好
好考虑这个卡。
PS：推荐FIA真不是狂热分子，实在是有理由啊。

有。你的中国超市有amex，很多人没有。你可以各种买卡来消费，有人怕麻烦。5%季度
轮流换，听起来好听，用起来难，一年能用好两个季度就不错了。并且轮换季度的缺点
是积分分散。考虑卡，不要仅仅考虑cashback高低。
其次，推荐cash+真是要让新手浪费一个push啊。
最后，一般而言，网购才是花钱和省钱的大头，category的卡不一定满足。
FIA推荐并不是说你就一定就老用这个卡，而是为你的消费至少有2%的回报，并且这个2
%是没有任何条件的（请注意这点）。以此为基础再组合其他的卡就比较容易了。 |

那么多gift card。
因为，很多gift card 打折比6%多多了，同时gift card使用的限制也很多；其次用
visa，实际回报只有5%，这个数其实并不高，相对于不少没有年费的卡，尤其考虑这是
现金。积累的点的价值用起来会更高。最后就是有人说过的，信用卡那么多优惠，尤其
是amex不用实在浪费。
我是比较嫌麻烦的人，会买少量gift card，但是为了6%，天天买，还是饶了我。
但是你习惯用它，同时看重cash back，blue对你而言是一张很好的卡 |

LEGO的价格，作为一种特殊的玩具，所以有他的特殊性。
特殊在哪里呢，比如一个一般action figure. 或者一般的toy car.
如果胳膊短了，或者轮子掉了。基本就坏了。这个损坏了。
但是LEGO因为是由各种零件组成。所以还是可以利用。价值有减少
但是不会变成零。
而且因为有些零件/或者set不再生产，价格反而可能暴涨，这个是因为有收藏的需求。
新品的零售价来说,一般平均下来10c一片。当然大的piece或者rare piece会贵。
小人(minifigure)会贵。
所有停产的，如果是没有开箱的，都一般会马上更贵。100%增值并不少见。
当然也看是不是popular的theme. (比如最近的Green Grocer, 或者Taj Mahal)
