一、康蕾女士家庭的“募捐”活动，是面向公众的“募捐”还是按中国人的习俗，收取
亲朋好友的“奠仪”？
康蕾女士自己主动在公开网络空间表明接受捐款，提供收取捐款地址，并使用了“捐款
”一词，却未有明确声明不收取任何陌生人捐款（未有说明仅收取亲朋好友的“奠仪”
）。“捐款”一词可有不同理解，但一般会指面向公众的募捐。因此，无论康蕾女士是
出于什么原因，在客观上都应该算开展了面向公众的捐款。
如果康蕾女士本来未有这样的意图，应该主动在同样的公开网络空间发表声明，讲清楚
自己的本来意图，为造成公众误解及社区纷扰致歉，并主动退回本非自己亲朋好友的陌
生人的“捐款”，方为适当。
二、康蕾女士收取“公众”“捐款”，捐款人和其他公众议论此事，是否不适当？
少数人编造猜测，当然不可取。但既然有面向公众的募捐活动，就在一定程度上放弃了

反正我看见 Groupthink 绕道走。。。我不想我的 Critical
Thinking 葬送在里面。。。不过隔着玻璃墙看看分析分析也不错
。。。

是不是说出来有环境的要求，特别是在 Groupthink 这种有 pressure
的环境下。
另外，比如 NG 版的的 Groupthink 的氛围，不是容易改变的。有没有
改变的可能都难说。俺作为务实派，私下认为如何 handle 那些版的
Groupthink 氛围更实际。有时候，三十六计走为上，反而是高招。
我反省自己，看很多事情其实都会首先比较警惕，而不是正面。
国内的背景下成长，可能是有很多人偏向这样负面的思考和反应。这个会左右很多事情
的走向。
比如说，有个 ID 无脑说了句实话，
这个其实没啥恶意，可是有人就会跳出来骂上了。 |

不清的东东，并没有能真正think outside the box。反而是外国人写中国的东东时时
会有耳目一新的感觉，我想究其原因，还是他们的thinking方式，视角同俺们的不一样
，对于俺们来说，他们就是think outside the box了。说得这里，俺就要忍不住赞一
下美国的移民政策，真是智慧啊，移民们每天都能给这个国家带来new ways of

谣言作为一种普遍的社会舆论现象，通常是利用蔓延或扩散的作用，暗地在人际的互动
间快速的传递，随着互联网的普及，网络匿名性与易于向公众传播等特性更是助长了谣
言的传播与影响能力。本文从谣言传播的基础出发，将现有关于谣言研究的大量论著和
网络传播的研究成果整合起来，运用信息管理学、传播学、心理学等多学科的方法来研
究这一命题，针对网络谣言的特性，网络谣言的传播过程进行探讨，并进而总结了网络
谣言的控制与解决方法。

谣言作为一种普遍的社会舆论现象，通常是通过口语传播的方式进行传播，这样的传播
效果与范围是有所限制的。然而随着近年来互联网的高速发展和普及，现在的谣言借着

团体在决策过程中，由于成员倾向让自己的观点与团体一致，因而令整个团体缺乏不同
的思考角度，不能进行客观分析。一些值得争议的观点、有创意的想法或客观的意见不
会有人提出，或是在提出之后，遭到其他团体成员的忽视及隔离。团体迷思可能导致团
体作出不合理、甚至是很坏的决定。部份成员即使并不赞同团体的最终决定，但在团体
迷思的影响下，也会顺从团体。
一般认为团体迷思这个概念是由美国心理学家艾尔芬·詹尼斯（Irving Janis）首先提
出。但William Safire于2004年8月8日《纽约时报杂志》（New York Times Magazine
）撰文指出，团体迷思一词实为William H. Whyte于1952年在《财富杂志》中首先提出。
1972年，詹尼斯利用“团体迷思”一词形容团体作出不合理决定的决策过程。詹氏对“
团体迷思”的原定义为“一种思考模式，团体成员为维护内团体的凝聚力、追求团体和
谐共识，而不能现实地评估其他可行办法”。[1]
