之前的规定是开学之前完成这些course就行。意思是说7月份去上这些课，就能赶上9月
开学。
但按上面的链接，现在是改规定了，必须在5月底之前完成这些课。。。好恶心啊。。
。现在就算申请community college都未必赶得上。。。
我想你联系program director，看能不能给你发个conditional的offer，明确如果你在
这个暑假补上课并拿到B或以上，offer就生效。
另外，你说的审材料的秘书是哪个部门的?GAPE的还是Lucas GSB的？ |

对的对的，他们是列了SANTA CLARA U和UC Berkeley extension的，我还只试了
Mission 和SJSU不能报了，上面两个学校我还没有试，赶紧去试试。
实在不行就是去给Director 套磁了，看看能不能给个Conditional Offer. 死马当活马
医吧，唉！ |

如果经济条件足够，速转统计生统硕士。UTHSC-GSBS和MD ANDERSON合办的生统项目据
说就业不错，德州学位也便宜。这年头统计就业行情的确不如CS，但是用心找总是能找

发帖数: 262 | 25 下面是就我所知关于CEIBS的一些情况，若有不足还望补充。
1。中欧国际工商学院(CEIBS)是上海市政府和欧盟的一个合作项目，具体是由上海交大和
欧洲管理基金会共同出自出自兴办的，所以并不是所谓的民办学校。
2。关于教育质量。CEIBS是政府出钱的项目，所以在聘请教授方面几乎没有遇到资金上的
问题。目前在中欧任教的绝大多数都是从海外著名商学院选聘的短期访问教授，其水准相
当不错。近年来他们努力建立一支长期教授队伍，大多数教授来自像Insead, IMD,
London Business School, ESADE, IESE, SDA, HEC,MIT Sloan,Stanford GSB,HBS，沃顿
，西安大略，密歇根，UCLA等不错的商学院。来自中国的教授只有吴敬链等五人，因此教
学的质量还是可以保证的。
3。课程安排方面个人感觉还算不错而且也非常合理，实习和交换的机会都是有的而且非
常不错，30%的学生参加交换项目，交换的学校包括LBS， UCLA， Darden, UBC, U
Texas-Austin, RSM, SDA, IESE, ESADE, HEC, MBS,北卡 |

栩栩如生的人物。 对很多人来说这是他们初入华尔街后读的第一本书。很简单，因为所

program, networking may not be as effective as in other premium b schools.
After all, bay area is famous for technology innovation, not a financial
town. If you are pursuing a career in financial industry, maybe hbs/stern/
chicago gsb is better.
2. a phd degree can open more doors for you. I personally prefer academic
career. But I already missed the chance to get into a good phd program. |

发帖数: 181 | 34 一边听电话一边写的，想起多少算多少，没逻辑顺序，抱歉了：
1. Top 10或者5没有定论的，每年都在变，各个媒体的标准也不同。各个商学院的侧重
点，或者说卖点大不相同。同样的背景，申请哈佛或者GSB，录取可能性大不相同。
2. 很少一部分mba毕业之后能去华尔街，华尔街也并不适合所有人。说钱多那是算上好
年头有分红。基本工资摊薄到每小时，高不高还真不好说。遇上经济不好，比如今年，
第一波的反应就是华尔街的公司，15%的裁员算是很温和的。
3. 毕业后工资很难说的，中位数比平均数更能说明问题。如果是大一点公司，起薪不
会低于8w，title一般是senior xxx。
4. 在美国申请学校比在国内优势大很多，博士mba都是如此。
5. 今年的工作形势不是一般的不好，对没有绿的外国学生来说就更难。越来越多的公
司只招PR了。
6. 商学院的博士好像很少有老板这一说法。钱是学校给，教授不会有funding招phd的。
7. MBA的含金量纯粹看个人付出。如果只是混毕业的话，每个学校都不难的。
8. 申请MBA是个self marketing的过程，很辛苦，特别是一边工作一边申请。现在好像 |

important, the condition of the overall economy. for example, in 2002,
many graduates of Chicago GSB (just as an example, but it suggests this
maybe happening to all MBAs that year) spend an year on getting job
placement.
I guess in your case, you should have a backup plan to return to the same/
similar job as preMBA if you can't get the ideal job by graduation. |

。不过一年工作经验少了些。
top b-school里有parttime program的不多，比较好的有stern, chicago GSB, Hass
和kellogg.要读parttime的话，还是在这几个里选比较好。 |
