OK. Some news. Delays. Govt getting until 5 pm to submit reply briefs so the
hearing now no earlier than Monday. But We are pleased that NY Times got
govt to argue this is a result of sloppiness.And if that's the case, they
have power to fix |

Like just about all of these other new ridiculous policies, this is going to
end up with lots of lawsuits. Lawyers already discussing.
The Administration is trying to bypass the Immigration and Nationality Act
and Congress. USCIS is going to go to court over and over. |
