回国首先就是要办证，出生证、护照、签证、认证……一个也不能少。我和ld都有绿卡，所以娃走的是签证以及回国寄养，拿旅行证的只看1和3就好。

1.只有在购买的时候付了CRV或者Deposit的地区，回收瓶子才有refund。所以从购买小
票上可以看出来如果多出一项的话，你所在区域才有效。
在网上查的，有偿回收的地区是

我在NJ，所以是不行的。
2. 对于可以回收的state，一般可以到超市按照重量或者个数进行回收。有的地方有人

有E-filed的I-140申请，不论申请人在哪个州，均自动转到德克萨斯处理中心（TSC）
。自上周起，处于TSC辖区的申请人递交的申请，仍可E-file到TSC；处于内布拉斯加（
NSC）辖区的申请人递交的申请，E-file后则会转到NSC。
在批准率方面，这一变化对基于PERM的I-140申请影响不大。但对于部分EB-1A和EB-1B
申请却有重大影响。根据2011年12月29日移民局公布的数据，2011年前七个月EB-1类申
请在TSC的批准率为75%，而在NSC却只有40%。两个处理中心相差35%。这项数据表明，

上周，移民局的-140 E-Filing系统在没有预先通知的情况下发生重大变化。此前，所
有E-filed的I-140申请，不论申请人在哪个州，均自动转到德克萨斯处理中心（TSC）
。自上周起，处于TSC辖区的申请人递交的申请，仍可E-file到TSC；处于内布拉斯加（
NSC）辖区的申请人递交的申请，E-file后则会转到NSC。
在批准率方面，这一变化对基于PERM的I-140申请影响不大。但对于部分EB-1A和EB-1B
申请却有重大影响。根据2011年12月29日移民局公布的数据，2011年前七个月EB-1类申
请在TSC的批准率为75%，而在NSC却只有40%。两个处理中心相差35%。这项数据表明，
一个在TSC有合理机会批准的EB-1A，可能在NSC机会渺茫。处于NSC辖区的申请人，应当
根据移民局的这一变化适时调整申请策略。在某些情况下，处于NSC辖区的EB-1申请人
应当制定适当的替代方案，以备不时之需。移民局没有单独公布过国家利益豁免（NIW
