先来了了两份账单，一个x-ray账单，$37,付了
一个hospital 账单，$940,三项：Laboratory, Radiology-diagnostic, emergency ro
om，还没付
正准备要点折扣付清
结果两个月整又来个emergency care inc $307的账单，账单上两条
5/12/15 emergency dept visit $307.00
6/26/15 guarantor responsibility date
请教一下这第三个账单是什么账单？不明白
三个账单都是朋友名字

to have account with that bank. By showing your ID, you prove you are the
bearer of check, by going to check-issuing bank, the bank can verify the
availability of the fund in that account.
When you bring check to your own bank for deposit, they don't check issuer's
fund availability (or have no way to check for different banks), just use
your own account as guarantor. |

注册缴费证明，还有自己老板的support letter以及日本方面faculty的非正式邀请，
也没什么问题，还特别跟会议主办方确认一下，我这种F-1学生会议签证有没有额外的

啊，他说那也要提供担保人，必须是在日本工作的，学生神马的不可以。还说这个规定
只对China Passport holder！！就算你申请Tourism visa也是一样，全部要按照和在

它是华州相当于529的一个program，不过是直接给小孩买将来的大学学分。
好处：
1。capital gain免税，但限制必须用于小孩大学教育。
2。protect against future tuition rise.
坏处：
1。~30% price premium upfront.
2。风险。到目前为止学费涨价比GET假定的每年6-7%要快。这既是GET最大吸引力所在
，也让人担心十来年后GET会不会有足够的现金来付现在买GET的人。虽然state是
guarantor，但到时候可能state也没有钱。这个有点像social security和state
pension fund 将要面临的问题。 |

申请的时候有预定就行了,但取得时候要.

than borrowing money from him personally.
If you do get student loan, you can pay off over long term, like 8 or 10 years. It is unlikely you can wave the loan if you are physically in US. Collector will hunt you down.
If you go back to China, I don't think they have any effective way to make you |
