双重指挥机构，国民卫队成员并非常备武装
力量，平常队员都有各自平民工作，需要时可以
召集，即activation.
如果州长召集，那么commander in chief就是
州长。如果联邦召集，那么commander in chief
就是总统，国防部也有专门的national guards
bureau为各州国民卫队提供设备，管理和训练，
并和美国各军种相连，比如army guards , air
guards等等。
如果总统和州长对国民卫队的召集duty发生冲突，
那么一般总统拥有最终指挥权，因为总统是美国
全国武装力量的总司令，总统甚至有动用国民卫队
对各州进行平叛，宣布军事管制的权力，这就是
为什么有人建议川普activate部分国民卫队参与
对非法移民的驱逐行动，不但合法而且必要。
所以，美国总统一直是世界上权力比较广泛的国家
领导人，特别在西方民主国家，只是美国总统在使用这
些权力时，一般比较克制。左弊怕川普，也有部分
原因就是如果川普不克制，他的权力范围还是很大，

事件1：前几天带着baby去Sams 加油。正加着呢，后面上来一个中年白女，就她一个人
，也开始加油。然后我就发现她没有关掉引擎。我直觉这样非常危险。很多加油站都有
牌子提示不要在加油的时候打手机，开引擎。因为我的车子正在加油，我没有办法马上
离开，于是我走到她车前方对她说请她关掉引擎，因为很危险。结果她白了我一眼，非
常粗鲁的说“i think it's none of your business!" 我一时也不知道该怎样继续了
。因为我不知道这个是不是law, 还是只是一个安全常识，做不做只看个人了。我不爱
跟人吵架，还带着小孩，但是又觉得太危险，于是就按油枪旁边的按钮，想通知sams的
工作人员。结果按了半天，没人理。我就记下了她的车号（她不知道）。这时候我的油

guards are enough for a school? Some schools are pretty big and classrooms
are scatterd. Are those guards better than cops? I guess very likely those
guards won't even come out uless killing ends. They have to make sure they
are safe first. How long does it take to kill all students in one classroom?

发帖数: 6292 | 47 今天只进行到拆开上漆，等漆干了再装ak配件。最困难的部分就是去掉trigger guard
plate，期间有一些心得，对第一次改装saiga的兄弟可能有些帮助：
1，dremel比电钻好用很多
2，自下往上比从上而下安全得多。网上几乎所有视频都是从上往下钻，一不小心钻头
很容易在receiver里面留伤，而从下面钻磨，最多也就损伤trigger guard plate，而
这个又是要丢弃的部分，所以伤到也无所谓
3，处理那三个铆钉的顺序：先磨掉或者钻掉最靠近stock的那个铆钉，然后直接掰掉
trigger guard，这样剩下的两个铆钉暴露在外，操作起来方便很多
4，铆钉要狠敲才会下来。铆钉磨平了之后trigger guard plate都下来了但是另一半铆
钉还在receiver上，必须要狠敲才会下来。 |

比赛，所以相对来说更危险。冰球队员的护具是从头到脚，能想到
的地方基本上都已经被覆盖了，普通队员的装备有：

shoulder pads, jersey
elbow pads
gloves(wrist guard)
hockey stick
hockey pants, jockey strap, suspender

不知道别人看到Severus这个名字想起什么。土人俺能想起来的是罗马皇帝Lucius
Septimius Severus。这个人可能跟harry potter关系不大，见谅。
要说Lucius Septimius Severus，先要从电影Gladiator 说起。电影gladiator里面的
罗马皇帝的原型来自Commodus。这个Commodus基本和电影里面演的差不多……我改，比
电影里面还恶劣一点。不过没和电影里一样死。而是被官员派的摔角手在192年12月31
日刺杀。
第二天，也就是193年1月1日，参与刺杀Commodus的Pertinax成了新的罗马皇帝，大家
也迎来了新的一年。当时肯定没人知道，这一年，罗马将会诞生5个皇帝，历史上称为
the year of the five emperors。
Pertinax是一个被解放的罗马奴隶的儿子（罗马奴隶被解放的时候要走一个戴尖帽子的
仪式，前面说过了）。Pertinax一开始是个交语法的老师，后来当兵，后来战功卓越，
