肿瘤的测序和液体活检用于肿瘤的早筛和晚期检测预后等等上。现在已经有了相当的应
用，我们系里面至少四分之一的医生都order过Foundation Medicine或者Guardant
Health的NGS检验，用来辅助治疗肿瘤病人，尤其是对一线或二线治疗已经不反应的晚
期病人。不过整体发展依旧受限于技术上的不完善，高成本，还有针对actionable
aberration的化疗以及靶向治疗的药物并不是很多。对于体细胞的突变来指导病人早筛
或者用药，通常需要用更高精度的手段，比如ddPCR来验证，sanger的精度远远不够。
