信托法把名下的财产托给某人( trustee )代理，为受益人( beneficiaries )的好处持
有此财产和用作投资。比如老wsn有一万块，做个trust, 交给我的guardian替我花，做
教育用途whatever，那么此guardian是trustee, 也是这钱的legal owner, 而我是
beneficial owner。本质上讲trustee 虽然手拿这笔钱，但这钱不属于她，所以trust
money也称“dry legal title"。本质上这钱是我的，但我不能order transfer给我，
也无权指使trustee拿这钱给我的情哥哥花。只要trustee没有违反合同责任，没破产，
我就永远拿不到这笔钱。一个人也可以appoint自己为trustee, 假如老wsn在结婚前
appoint他自己作为他财产的trustee, |

还是土地主大方好骗啊~~~ 从利益的角度来说，蹬掉vivi显然是正确的。 可是这欺
骗这么红果果，怎么就轮到赵姨娘给这倒霉富豪大房出头啊？
如果真有两个亿的话，不得不说那些靠嫁老头的香港女戏子混的太失败啦，什么生个孩
子才拿个一千万的“豪宅”（其实就是condo），还有什么生了几个孩子还拿不到房产
证的，等等等等…… 怪不得香港媒体恨死zzy
谁来估计一下邓wendi现在家身有没有三千万美金？ 我不是说她靠成为两试管女儿的那
个作为guardian的1/3，因为她女儿成年后邓就无法继续做guardian, 所以不算。 |
