JSTOR服务器崩溃
按照官方的指控，斯沃兹进入JSTOR数据库时，使用了假名“Gary Host”，缩写即
为ghost(幽灵)。斯沃兹通过自己编写的脚本程序，使得超过1300份期刊的每一期内容

一、职位搜索网站
1. Jobguideweb.com
此网站将Indeed和Simplyhired上的信息综合在一起，可以叫做advanced aggregator,
用户不需要去输入搜素关键词，而是可以在首页直接点击职位进入，尤其适合IT,
engineering, web, finance等行业。此网站还提供了用户讨论和图书推荐功能，可以在上
面提问、交流经验和购书。
2. Indeed.com, simplyhired.com
这两个网站都是Job Search Aggregator, 将来自众多企业网站和招聘网站的信息综合
在一起，信息比较全面。但也不是万全的，有的小公司或者小网站上的信息就不能被这两家
搜到。
3. Monster, careerbuilder, hotjobs
这就是传统的三大网站，不过已经是日趋衰落了，recruiting agency发布的信息的比
例越来越高，这些机会大多是Contract. 但是这三个网站投递简历还是比较方便，在上面发布
简历也有机会被Recruiter找到，但要经常update。

始，将在全国正式实行。
新的 DS-160 表格取代了以前的 DS-156、DS-157 和 DS-158 等表格，只能在网上填
写。
DS-160 适用于除 K-1/2 (fiancee) 以及 E-1/2 (Treaty Trader) 的所有非移民签证
的申请。
在3月1日之前，申请人可以提交 DS-160 表格，也可以仍使用老的 DS-156 表格。找
不到 DS-157 和 DS-158 表格的，可以去参考本人的博文。

Interview当天我们到的比较早，开始警卫不让进去，我说我们需要用厕所，因为开了2
个小时来的。他们就让我们进去了。然后妈妈在厕所里面换衣服，化妆。出来后我们就
在门口的椅子上等，他们也没有赶我们出去。后来快到预约的时间，警卫就让我们进去
了。
在里面又等了很久，一个女的移民官来叫我们进去，让我们把东西放在椅子上，然后举
起右手发誓。要了我们三个人的ID，然后就开始翻材料问问题。
问了妈妈的名字，生日，现在的地址，就是女儿家的地址啦。然后就问当时签证来的时
候有没有打算留在这边，妈妈声音很小，因为没有准备这个问题，她大概也不知道怎么
回答好。翻译听成“是打算留在这边”。把我急坏了，可是也不能插嘴。我就给他使了
个眼色，然后对移民官说，I don't think she get it, could you ask her again?

移民局又开闸了，于是大伙儿全来趟这浑水。不管是 140 还没填的，抑或是 pending
的，更不要说批了的了，尤其是七月二号没赶上车的，大家一齐冲向 485 高地。
485 填表战，又开始了！
有的同学过于紧张，简单的问题也不敢把握，向白老师 (xiaobaitu, 呢称 XBT, 又称
小白兔 JJ 或 小白兔 MM) 求助的贴子是满天飞呀！就象北京春天的柳絮。
老师和系主任咬过好几次耳朵，建议挂个咨询公司的牌子，向白老师问一个问题的收一
毛钱，＂在线等＂的算 Premium Service 多收五分。系主任胆子太小，今天老师还说
，我们动手罢！他却总说道Ｎｏ！——这是洋话，你们不懂的。否则早已发了。
所以老师抄起剪子和浆糊，助白老师和其他大侠一鼻之力。

找到2004年填的表格，去确认是否问到党员的问题。

I know most of you who personally know me are in disbelief to hear from
media reports that I am suspected of committing such horrendous murders and
have taken drastic and shocking actions in the last couple of days. You are

因素。此人被和谐几率超高。

布该州进入紧急状态，出动国民卫队和上千警力维持秩序。巴尔的摩市政府决定该市从
周二开始，每晚10点至次日凌晨5点强制宵禁，宵禁将持续一周。
截止目前，骚乱事件已造成15名警察受伤，至少27人被捕。
亲历者自述
中国留学生钱纳里已经安全回到家中，以往20分钟的车程，这次却走了70分钟。
27日下午4点半放学后，钱纳里开车载着住在市中心的同学回家，由于遇上道路封
锁和堵车，他们花了近一个小时才从海港绕进市中心。从市中心到家，有一条必经的查
尔斯大街（Charles street），在那里，钱纳里遇到了约20个黑人青年。他们刚刚抢完
超市，手里还拎着自己的“战利品”，在街上肆意行走，无视直直开来的车辆。
这是一条单行道。路上的车辆开始试图掉头，想要离开，但人群已经逼近，并开始
对车辆发动攻击。钱纳里前面的车辆被砸，有人凑近车窗，对车里的人恐吓示威；右边

人直摇头。
上周一(12月16日)有条新闻引起全国的注意，有人报告哈佛校园里有炸弹。在今年波士
顿爆炸案的阴影之下警方不敢怠慢，立刻疏散校园的多座建筑，不少正在进行的课程或
考试被取消。今年早先时候为了抓捕波士顿爆炸案的恐怖分子哈佛乃至整个波士顿城人
民被关在屋里有一天之久。警方在忙碌了大半天之后没有发现任何炸弹的迹象。
案情到了周二（12月17日）突然有了进展。警方抓获了发出这条炸弹消息的人。是波士

一、职位搜索网站
1. Jobguideweb.com
此网站将Indeed和Simplyhired上的信息综合在一起，可以叫做advanced aggregator,
用户可以在首页直接点击感兴趣的职位，尤其适合IT, engineering, web, finance等行
业。此网站还提供了用户讨论和图书推荐功能，可以在上面提问、交流经验和购书。
2. Indeed.com, simplyhired.com
这两个网站都是Job Search Aggregator, 将来自众多企业网站和招聘网站的信息综合
在一起，信息比较全面。但也不是万全的，有的小公司或者小网站上的信息就不能被这
两家
搜到。
3. Monster, careerbuilder, hotjobs
这就是传统的三大网站，不过已经是日趋衰落了，recruiting agency发布的信息的比
例越来越高，这些机会大多是Contract. 但是这三个网站投递简历还是比较方便，在上
面发布
简历也有机会被Recruiter找到，但要经常update。

以及其生产技术。Besides, Russian arms were designed for easy production east
of the Urals, and to be used by uneducated farmers, with a poorly organized
logistics - happens to be a perfect fit for 3rd world country and guerrilla
warfare.
These are main reasons for Russian arms to be popular, in my opinion. Not
so much to do with the arms themselves.
