最近一直坚持在看，已经看完了episode4，即从1609－1908年的纽约发展史。大家知道
纽约的发展史就是一部房地产发展史：1626年荷兰殖民者Peter Minuit用价值60个荷兰
盾（guilders）的货物从印地安人手中买下了曼哈顿岛（也有说法是用一袋不值1荷兰
盾的玻璃珠买下的）。纽约是现代大城市中唯一一个以土地买卖为开始的城市。这部电
影把纽约每一步关键发展的前因后果解释的非常清楚，其中蕴含的经验，尤其是房地产
方面的经验和历史，非常值得正在发展中的中国人体会和学习。
几个令我印象深刻的故事：

发帖数: 2452 | 18 曾几何时，SOONER LAKE是我冬天钓鱼的胜地。城里16F度，到钓点是10F度，再顶着北风
走上一个MILE，天刚刚微亮，出水口雾气沼沼，可是每收一次线，都要将GUILDER上的冰
用手捏化。
有丰收的时候，也有颗粒无收的日子，钓得最多的，感觉好象还是大嘴。也钓到过我自
己记录中的WALLEYE。
钓完鱼往回走的路，多少有些痛苦。可是每走一步，都鼓励自己离文明又近了一步。开
回家的路，更是寂寞漫长，如果有同钓，多半也会睡过去。经常开着开着，实在开不动
了，找个宽点的路边，睡上一觉。
后来，在KEYSTONE找到冬天钓TOP WATER的点，就再也不去SOONER LAKER了，毕竟油价从
一开始1.75美元左右上到3.75美元。
后来几次从OK开去CO的路上，经过SOONER LAKER附近，都会向那个发电厂投去一瞥，不
知道又有哪位渔民会在那里钓鱼，又不知道有谁能有收获！
