西湖小学，是一所已有30多年历史的民办小学，座落于织金县城关镇西湖村，是县城关
镇一个办学点，离县城中心近3公里，多年来一直没有教室，都是租用村民的房屋作为
教室给孩子们上课，也没有任何的学生活动场所及其他教育附属设施。
2年前，西湖学校姚老师连同村里的几名其他老师一起筹资，亲手修建了现在的西湖小
学。学校从开始的3个班22个学生，扩展到现在的7个班184个学生。学生来自周边的各
个村寨，最远的距离学校有8公里的山路。

ocef账面balance不是还有一百万美元吗？为什么不用到这些没有被认捐的孩子呢？
前年的年度帐目，ocef捐款收入略少于40万美元，支出20多万美元，账面盈余10多万美
元。为什么要每年积累那么多盈余，而让两百人孩子没有学上呢？
我不是质问谁，而是不懂，希望有人能够给于指点。

At the time of that accident, almost all the passenger cars are derailed and
severed from the diesel locomotive. The drivers on the loco were totally
