我觉得前辈指出的技术是很有价值的也很难被取代的

钱。如果喝酒吃前菜吃甜点，$40/person很容易还打不住。我最喜欢的是在一个小巷子里
的一家人开的小馆子，叫做Tratorria Bon Gusto, 大厨是个女的，老妈打下手，据称是
西西里人。
有好些别的地方没有的东西，比如calamari stew，里面放土豆，番茄，红萝卜，泡橄榄
，还有capers，关键是炖得很辣，深得我心。前菜中，有一样是米饭团里面裹肉和cheese
，油炸，啊啊好吃啊好吃。还有prochiuto跟cheese裹在薄荷叶子里面做成的卷，啊啊好
吃啊好吃。
NYC里的little italy去试过两家，印象一般，但是可能是还没有找到好的，或者太
touristy。 |
