GVF to VCF file converter (currently beta)
The Genome Variation Format (GVF) is a file format for describing sequence
variants at nucleotide resolution relative to a reference genome. GVF dumps
are available from the Ensembl FTP site. However, many tools prefer to use
the 1000 Genomes VCF format (e.g. Genome Analysis Toolkit), so a converter
is often needed. This converter currently only supports output in VCF v4.0.

i was able to use the udev rules to create a stable node /dev/raid-part-1
for the partition. Use uuid in fstab, i can see the home is mounted on /dev/
raid-part-1.
After resume, a new dev node /dev/sdg1 is created, /dev/raid-part-1 is still
there, df showed /home was still mounted on /dev/raid-part-1. Yet the /home
is not accessible. i tried to remount the /home on /dev/raid-part-1, but
after remount home is still not accessible.

另外那个Home启动慢的原因找到了：
be aware that there is a bug in 4.8 that, due to gvfs-backends, causes
thunar to take a good 30-40 seconds to load the first time upon boot (after
being opened once it is fine until reboot). if you wish to eliminate this
behavior, modify usr/share/gvfs/mounts/network.mount to say AutoMount=false,
and then it will only have that delay when you attempt to access network
shares. |

There is nothing in the system log pointing to Evolution, so I tracked
other errors and warnings. umounted a corrupted gvfs; reinstalled
elektra; cleared up bashrc; and some other stuff, and then I noticed
the symptoms with Evolution had been gone. |

只是mate的default file manager 是 caja, 我想改用nautilus, 最终目的是恢复以前
的gvfs-metadata设置，比如icon positions.
请问大虾有无办法让mate使用nautilus 而不是caja?
我在网上查到如下设置，但没用，该了过后桌面空白不起作用，可能不适用于fedora/
mate.那个mimeapps.list根本没有内容
